Brought in a pair of jeans with major rust stains that I had already tried to remove myself unsuccessfully. Kim didn't make any promises for a fix but managed to tackle the problem. The stains are still there but so faintly, it's possible to wear my most favourite pair of jeans again. Very happy with the service.
