Exceptional service every time. I always recommend this chemist to everyone - even my GP. Sam and the team are always informative, helpful and friendly and even with complex issues take the time to find a solution. Nothing is too much trouble. And although they are very busy the wait time isnt too long at all. The level of care really makes a difference.

Amazing service. Zack and Dale are really professional and super chilled. They give great advice and are really easy to talk to. They can help you with absolutely anything and will go out of their way to help you. Harmony is also great and empathetic. Sam and Bernie are extremely good pharmacists and are really knowledgable. Can't recomend this pharmacy enough. The prices are extremely competitive and as good as you can get anywhere. Just to add to my review as I can't post another, I would love to give Jacqueline credit for her really pleasant and caring service. I find here customer service skills exceptional and outstanding. She is incredibly friendly and is a great example of how to treat customers.

The difference between DCO-moonee ponds (previously Pharmacy 4 Less) and other chain chemist stores is stark. The team are always happy to help and provide advice where they can.

I rang the pharmacy to ask about a medication and Ben answered. He spent quite a while on the phone to me discussing shortages and how to get around the problem. He was just so helpful and his help is so appreciated

The BEST service I have ever received at a pharmacy. Can’t thank Paul enough for taking the time (despite being clearly busy) to discuss all my concerns and queries. I’d also like to point out that Paul didn’t try sell me products that were not any use to me (I think this is really rare considering that at the end of the day this is a business that requires profits to keep going). Paul thoroughly explained things to me and offered me the best solutions for my personal situation. Really can’t fault this place and their staff! The customer service was incredible - Paul even bothered to ask my name! Good customer service can be hard to come by especially from big chemist chains, so I cannot rate this pharmacy high enough! Thanks Paul and team, you’ve gained yourself a new customer!

Best Pharma in the area I've boycott Priceline Pharmacy since discovering this place, friendliest service and professional.

After visiting every single pharmacy in Moonee Ponds to try and fill a prescription, only to be told the same thing over and over. “Out of stock for ages.”, “Haven’t seen this for a couple of years.”, “we don’t have any, and nor do any of our other branches.” I decided to give Pharmacy 4 Less opposite Coles supermarket in Moonee Ponds Central.

I approached the young pharmacist with my script, saying “you don’t have any, right”?

He asked me how many pharmacies I’d already been to. “5”, I told him. “And they all told me variations of the same answer”.

He asked me if any of them had offered a ‘work around’ and explained how it worked.
Completely legitimate, legal and still covered by PBS.

Now I don’t believe for 1 second that this pharmacy is the only one in the whole of Melbourne to have this drug. What impressed me was the creative thinking of the pharmacist to fulfill my script and end my search.

I wish there were more people in every walk of life that think outside of the box!

A hidden gem! I tried this pharmacy because I had had enough of the the big chain pharmacy treating customers as an inconvenience.
The service here is personalised and the staff are friendly but not intrusive. A big shout out to pharmacist, Sam. Multi-tasking like a pro he acknowledges all people at his end of the pharmacy by letting them know he'll be with them as soon as he is able. I'm happy to wait as long as necessary for excellent service. It is a rarity these days. We'll done!!!

We have been coming to this store for a few months now and each time it is fantastic. This store matches and beats other prices.
Clean with easy access to what you are looking for.
Does not have that hectic "do not care" attitude.
Best of all Matt the pharmacist is an utter delight! He is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. He is polite and kind and spends the time necessary. If there is something not on the shelves Matt is able to order the item/items in. Matt has helped with all our prescriptions also and it is so easy dealing with him.
We are able to call Matt ahead and make sure what we need is available so the time and energy saved is great. It is SO EASY!!
Thanks to Matt this chemist is beyond excellent.

Adam has been a life saver, sorted my medication while I am away locked down overseas during the pandemic. Would highly recommend. He is so thorough and is always happy to help. Adam and his team are extremely professional and genuinely care for all their customers. They have been arranging my medication and filling in forms to have it sent to my via courier every month. I have tried a lot of pharmacies but the service I receive from Adam and Matt has always been exceptional!

An outstanding customer service experience. The helpful pharmacist noticed that the script was actually about to expire soon, even though I still had repeats left. The big chain store pharmacy up the road has never done this because they don't care, you're just another transaction to the big guys. I came to Pharmacy 4 Less on a stranger's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. They treat you like a valued human, whereas the big chain store treats everyone like a number. The prices were just as good or better than the big chain too. I'll be back for sure.

This is quite simply the best chemist in Melbourne in terms of service from both the pharmacists and other staff. So many pharmacists I vist mowadays have appalling attitudes, so it's so refreshing to go somewhere where you are treated with respect and dignity.

Pharmacy 4 Less moone ponds has exceptionally friendly and professionally staff. Adam is always ready with advice and assistance when needed. I pre order my medication by phone then pick them up at my convenience and have never had a problem with my scripts. I also have my scripts faxed from my healthcare providers then the originals mailed to them directly. Such an exceptional service.

My go to pharmacy! All staff are so lovely and always willing to help. The pharmacists go above and beyond to help when needed and always greeted with a smile.

I managed to get a bunch of supplements that I needed at a competitive price, and the cashier was kind enough to recommend an eye solution for my father's allergic reaction on his eyes. I enjoyed my visit there.
