The best doctors I have been to. They are thorough and take you seriously. 100% recommend keilor medical clinic for doctors.

From day one this place was amazing. Reception staff is so helpful and try to assist every possible way. The Doctors have been amazing too and love all the people and service there 💕

I tried to see doctor 8Jan 2024 Monday

The receptionist was patient enough to listen and answer my enquiry.
Her tone of voice was vibrant, finally someone 😊 Happy!

Even though I couldn't see anyone. She made me feel important and I was okay with the no. So off to casualty I go.
It is 7:26pm so I do understand.

I have never had trouble with the receptionists, at all ever there.
It's also nice that they have male and female receptionists.

Okay! The beautiful receptionist I'm talking about is Banu.🌺

Outstanding service from the front-end team, excellent facilities, convenient location, and exceptional physicians. Our go-to is Dr. Hiran Fernando, known for his kindness, understanding, and extensive knowledge.

I was very content with the service provided by the medical center, extremely nice and patient front staff. I was booked in with Dr Chathurika, she is awesome. She patiently listened to what I had to say and cleared all my doubts. She was very nice in not rushing to take in the next patient, it seemed like she really cared about each patient and understood their needs.

If only the medical center provided antenatal shared care as mentioned on the website :( . Other than that, great experience at Keilor Medical Clinic.

Dr Fernando is great. Been going here for years. Never had any problems. Everything’s pretty clean and the people are nice.

They have been looking after me for quite a few Years and send me for tests when something did not look right. As it turned out that was the right decision and I am still kicking.

Doctor was wonderful. Knew exactly what was wrong with my daughter. He made her feel really comfortable too being her first time at this clinic. Thank you doctor! Receptionist staff were also very friendly.

Upon arrival always greeted with a smile at reception. Dr Devapriya has been my GP for some year's now. When you've established a professional & personal relationship with your GP, you're at ease with the Dr, Patient confidentiality. He's been a Mentor, councillor and so much more. It's not very often you come across Genuine caring GP'S that don't abuse their Status. Thank you Dr Divapriva.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews . I’ve been coming to this clinic and I’ve had good experience each time .This IS NOT AN EMERGENCY CLINIC .Most people rated less stars rated for bringing their family members for emergencies . Dr. Hiran Fernando is an amazing doctor and the girls at the front desk is amazing as well . If you had to stay wait little longer means the Doctor taking time to talk to the patients and it’s a good thing . People should have time for their health appointments because health is more important than other work !!

I have been to this clinic since my kids were very young probably over twelve years now. Very accommodating staff and Dr Hiran is an excellent doctor and he has been our family GP for over a decade. Highly recommended!

Dr Indeewarie is incredibly kind, personable and understanding. She makes sure that you're heard and has your best interests and health at mind. I am thankful for her patience and care. I have also seen Dr Devapriya over the years and appreciate both of their warm approaches to their profession. :)

I have been taking GP care from this clinic for more than 4 years now. A very busy place but accommodate well with a reasonable waiting period. Both telehealth and in person appointments are done at a high professionalism. Good team!

I have been coming to this clinic for approximately 10 years and like every other clinic you may have to wait but I can honestly say not as long as many that I had been to in the past. My children and I normally see Dr Rahul Naik and we have always had the greatest of care whilst there.
