Flower Power Garden Centre Taren Point

My must- go place every month. I like succulents and always go there to buy. I really enjoy looking at the flowers, succulents, herbs there.
The store often send me email about what is on special and what discount program is going on. It’s really helpful.
After browsing inside the store, we have lunch or coffee at Bud coffee there. They have very nice pumpkin soup. If you follow them in social media you can have free coffee.

I have been here many times before, love the flower displays! So pretty 🌸 They sell many other products as well, from gardening items, homeware etc, even Christmas stock!

The café was a big disappointment though, the food and customer service needs big improvement and the chefs didn’t wear a mask!

My favourite place to be! Here you will encounter the fresh breeze, the beautiful sight of a thousand flowers, open space and an air filled with fragrance. You can find every plant and item to fulfil your plant needs! Employees are also super helpful and knowledgeable, and there's a fabulous cafe next door for a quick coffee-boost for the day, or a quick friendly catch-up! :)

I loved our visit to Flower Power with my mum and her dog Sally who also enjoyed a bounce on the hanging chair. Very impressed with a young worker there who went out of his way to help me to show mum a circular pot even though it wasn't in his job description as he worked in the outside section.

Let me tell you a story about Jo at Flower Power Tarren Point.
A month ago, I went in and asked about a dying plant. Assuming the plant was outdoor (balcony) sun, waterering, and in a large pot. Unfortunately, Jo informed the opposite.
Following her instructions, I repotted the plant, placed in a sun lit room, and then 'BANG'..... within the month, the plant began shooting new leaves.... I was flabbergasted!!!
And yes..... showing the pictures of progress to Jo..... had made her day. 😎
The moral of the story is to ask questions to these knowledgeable people, and you'll be surprised what you could do with your dying plants.

Huge range and very helpful and friendly service

Well stocked and fair prices for all your gardening needs. There is a florist and a Weber shop that stocks all models and accessories. Cafe for quick snacks. Plenty of off-street parking.

Was greeted by 2 lovely young men who were doing the Covid check in before you entered the store.Reallly friendly.There was plenty of staff to assist and help find plants.Very busy , with lots of people but all with masks and social distancing.Young guy at the check out really friendly and engaged in conversation with us about products being purchased. All the staff were very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help.Felt very welcome here.Really enjoyed the visit.

We really enjoy visiting Flower Power at Taren Point and always seem to drive away from here buying more than we intended to. It's lovely to wander around the plants, pots and mulch area planning changes to your garden. We've bought outdoors tiles here for our pergola and everything has been good quality. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. Plus it's nice to grab a cappuccino and a treat at the cafe. Makes for a nice weekend outing.

The best garden store in town, with plenty of options of plants, flowers, soil and accessories and a fantastic range of homeware. Staff members are extremely friendly and always happy to help. It's pricey, but they normally have specials on and you always get some credit vouchers to spend in your next visit.

Lauren from Flower Power Taren Point has fantastic customer service. She is attentive, always willing to share her knowledge and super friendly. Every time I go, I ask for Lauren! The staff here are also all so friendly and attentive. By far, the friendliest store I've ever been in :) great job guys - team effort.

Staff were very helpful and positive. Tonnes of stock and variety. Didn't compare or pay close attention to pricing so can't comment on competitiveness... but I did hear something about membership discount/ loyalty program?

What exceptional service we received today at Flower Power Taren Point! I would like to praise particularly two staff members - Steve (succulent/indoor plants) and Mitch (landscaping).

Both were incredibly helpful, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge to share. Our whole experience was fantastic because of them both being there to assist and guide our decisions. With three small children in tow, and under the cloud of covid, they made the experience really wonderful, when it could have been a disaster! They are a real asset to Flower Power!

I have had an exceptional experience throughout from a wonderful Lady by the name of Lauren.
Unfortunately the pineapple plant I ordered and it was transferred across was the wrong one.
I had been communicating throughout with Lauren and she always was bright ,professional and a lot of fun to talk to,nothing was a bother.
I did ask if it could be refunded and Lauren once again was on the ball.When I went across and met this wonderful person we got talking and Lauren said she was more than happy to try another store for me.Luck was on our side and she organised for the plant to be transferred over once again.Lauren messaged me when it had arrived and it is lovely to be able to have a bit of a banter with someone.I pick up my plant,thanked Lauren for being such an Angel for what she had done for me.

not many places these days have the brilliant Customer Service that was provided by Lauren.
I am one very happy customer and my friend will love this present.

Today I phoned Flower Power TP about an issue that I had. I spoke with a delightful Flower Power employee called Holly. Holly was absolutely wonderful. She empathized with my situation and sought to quickly assist to resolve it. She called me back within 10 minutes where she told me she had a solution to my problem. I couldn't be more delighted. So well done Holly and Well done Flower Power. P.S. I have never written a google review before...this is how happy I am.
