Good company to work with. I had some questions prior to purchase, and they were happy to help and this made making a decision about the purchase easy. Prompt delivery, and I'm in country NSW - not a metropolitan area. The line was very easy to install. All items came in the pack. Instructions easy to understand and follow. More than enough line for the installation. Great product. Wonderful that it's Australian made.

We recently purchased an Austral clothesline from Lifestyle Clotheslines, our second one purchased from the same company for installation at another property. The service we received from them on both occasions was excellent and the cost was more than competitive with the major hardware chains. Delivery to the door is a boon for those of us without a trailer or a small car and the ability to track the delivery meant we weren't waiting around. They delivered the product within 10 days over the Christmas period no less! A great product, great service from a very professional company. Don't look any further as their prices and service exceed those of many other stores.

I needed a clothesline for a new house and wanted a solidly built one. The Austral reviews were good, the price was right and being aussie-made appealed to me too. The delivery went smoothly, it was easy to assemble and install and I'm very happy with it

Really excellent customer service. I had a situation where I needed the clothesline to be delivered to my place (as I would be home) however the installation to be at my mum's place at a later date. I was able to easily place my order online and then call to speak with someone who completely understood what I needed and it was done accordingly with no fuss. Email communication (with Elise) has been flawless.

We ordered a clothesline early May from Lifestyle Clothesline. We had a good experience in dealing with this company. Very happy. We needed to urgently organise a replacement for our clothesline which was knocked down by a 30 metre pine tree. Lifestyle Clotheslines were great. They were easy to find online and the ordering process was very straightforward. Prices were competitive. I was kept informed at every step, the installer turned up on time and we are very happy with our new hoist.

The online ordering process was very efficient. It was good to be able to easily compare products. This made me feel quite confident that I had chosen just what I wanted. Delivery was efficient. Installation was quite straightforward, although getting the bottom screws of the wall bracket was somewhat challenging working around the frame. The unit is compact with all the hanging space we want.

We ordered a new fold-down clothesline and additional ground mount kit on a Saturday- a week later it was in the ground and in service. I was finally able to hang our queen-sized sheets without folding them in - as the new line was just that little bit wider. The clothesline line itself even matched the frame and the fence! Great service and product! Happy to recommend.

We bought our compact, foldable wall-mounted unit on line after taking a good look around at comparable products.
The order was processed quickly and the company kept us informed of every step right up until the delivery, wich was within a couple of days.
The product itself is very well made and has great instructions for assembly and installation.
We are very happy with our dealing with Lifestyle Clothesline and would definitely recommend them and use them again if and when we need.

I ordered the Austral Std 28 collapsable clothesline by phone and the salesperson was quite helpful and thankfully steering me away from a model with plastic joiners to a larger, all-metal unit.
Delivery was prompt although could have been even quicker had my instruction to "leave it at the front door if no-one was home" had been communicated to the delivery people in Perth. However, the local agent here was also attentive and helpful.
The line was "easy-as" to install, the mounting hardware up to the task and the overall quality of the line very good.It should last a good number of years by the look of it.

Twenty months ago, I bought a fold-down clothesline from Gary at Lifestyle Clotheslines, and it’s one of the best things I have ever done. I installed the clothesline in the laundry opposite the washing machine making it effortless to hang out the washing, but most of the time, the clothesline is flat against the laundry wall and out of the way. The clothesline is sturdy, unobtrusive, performs well, and was easily affordable. For the previous fifteen years, I hung my washing on coathangers over doorways; now I wish I had not waited so long to buy a real clothesline.

Love the clothesline. Lifestyle was so easy to deal with. I was kept up date with the progress of my order at all stages. The installer was professional, polite and insiteful as to best place to install. Very smooth process, highly recommend Lifestyle Clotheslines.
