Best place for all pet needs. My boy Bane always gets attention and looked after while I get him food and toys. Always ask permission before giving pets treats and understand hyperactive pets

We had such great help from all the staff today particularly Christian, he gave us lots of advice how to keep our dogs on a healthy diet. Beau enjoyed his company.

I went into this store yesterday (2nd July 2023) around 4:30pm after taking my dog to the local beach.
I asked a friendly male staff member a question about a dog brush which I could use in the shower, ideally causing minimal damage/contact to my hands as my hands are damaged from chemotherapy/cancer treatment.
He took the time to look after me and offer me amazing advice.
Results included a happy and clean giant pony sized dog and no pain for me or my hands in the process.
So upset that I didn’t get his name. But please can someone give him a massive thanks from me! Easiest and most pleasant dog wash I’ve ever done.

The staff Pet Care are incredible. They are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on all things dog. They take the time to listen to information about your pet and match you with the best products. Would 100% recommend.

I haven't been to this shop in awhile but went in to speak to them about flea treatments and they were great. Ended up not buying any because what I already had would do the job. Couldn't believed they saved me money rather than push a sale, so bought my dog a toy instead so as to appreciate their service and still provide them my custom. Great work. Great range of toys too

I was told by a friend that this was the best place to get supplies for our new baby Netherland Dwarf bunny rabbit. The Caringbah store is 40 minutes away from me and their website isn’t great so I called. The girl on the phone was so friendly and helpful. I made the drive over and found exactly what I needed and so much more. The shop is fully stocked with products for so many different kinds of pets and their customer service is excellent. There is also plenty of parking at the front with easy wheelchair access.

Best customer service and care brilliant advice for your pet and their needs

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about pets. Took my crazy Lab in to fit a collar and the staff were patient and provided lots of advice. Prices are very good and the range for dogs is huge.

We come here just for fun and to say hi cos the pooches love the place and staff so much. We do buy things off course and I like that they have regular sales on Kongs

Just amazing service. Was incredibly caring to my visibly nervous pup, giving him multiple treats to calm him down whilst giving me great advice on buying a harness.

They have a lot of range of products and also stock of the products especially the food range. The staff is also nice and friendly when you need some help and information regarding the animal stuff.

Fantastic staff, really knowledgeable and always helpful. I didn't know what I was doing when we got a new puppy but the loveliest lady (didn't get her name but she is always on the counter) walked me through the shop and gave me such great advice on what I needed and didn't need, she even threw in some freebies. Service was so good I brought my puppy in to meet her 2 weeks later and she provided some more great advice....my go to petshop for sure!!

Love shopping here for my cat, lots of variety in food and toys, prices very reasonable, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with all their products , thank you Raymond and Nicky and your colleagues as well.😊
