Purchased t-shirt from this store. It fit well and quality is also good. Customer service was not bad but still its need to be improved. Staff must ask customers if any help is required or not. Overall experience was good. Must visit this store

Service was good, even though we couldn’t find what we looked for.
For some reason their fitting rooms needed the staff involvement to get it open. Meh 🫤

I've never had such a bad shopping experience in past 20 years in Australia. Today I went to this outlet with my father and uncles.The clothes were all stacked on top of each other like other clothes retail stores , and my father and uncle were checking the price tags , trying to find out if they were the right size. Suddenly, a tall, long-haired woman came over and said rudely, don't mess with these clothes, they're all messed up. Actually, all the display tables all mess around due to heavy traffic on the day. I said to her, "Excuse me, can you tidy it up later and talk nicely ?They just wanted to find the size M . This woman looks very unhappy, told me that she didn't want to waste her time to tidy up because us and didn't want us to touch the clothes. I was asked to speak to their manager because her bad attitude. But she told me that she ‘s the store manager and that I was impolite to speak to her, so she only wanted to talk to my father and uncle, even though I had told her that they didn't speak English. When I told her she was the most unprofessional and rude manager I've ever met, she said she didn't care, she’s the manager who didn't need to tidy up clothes. And she doesn't want to sell us clothes. I was looked around the shop and all other table’s clothes were mess because other customers also want to find out the right size. But they don’t have a Asian face?This store manager showed that she discriminated against Asians .As a consumer, I really suggest to hire a manager who can enhance the brand image, not an emotionally unstable manager who fights with customers. (And the owner should please check the store camera record )

They had a sale with 30% extra discount on Sweatshirt , I tried one and got it confirmed by the staff too that it had 30% extra discount, when I went to the billing counter the the manger said that the one you wish buy does not have discount. I even argued that I picked it up from right below the board that said extra 30% ofr. But he refused to accept. Such a waste of time.
An international brand like Gant is expected to be more clear and transparent

I feel they lure you to try by putting up these signs and if you like it you will anyway buy it.

Worst customer service ever. Asian guy had no clue what he was doing the whole time. When i asked a question i felt like he wasn't even getting it. Very confused. No greetings,nothing. I do way better customer service. I wouldn't blame the shop. Just the Asian staff. He doesn't belong to the retail industry👎

Management really lets down the customer service quality at this shop. My mum came to buy some clothes for my dad and the girl at the checkout did not bother to assist customer. My mum told me she was there for 30 mins and 30 mins the girl's eyes never left her phone. Apparently, Gant is paying their staffs to look at their phone instead of helping customer. Thank god two other asian staffs (I think one of them is Steven from what mum told me) saw my mum was struggling and came to assist her. Thank you Steven.
Also, are you guys open at 10am or 11am? I was supposed to pickup some clothes that my boss ordered and when I arrived, the store is closed at 10:20am on a Thursday.

Staff were offensive, rude & unhelpful after l was indecisive about choosing clothes & after buying clothes a few times in the store!

I went into the store recently and I was disgusted with the service staff members talking behind the register gossiping and even on their phones, not acknowledging any customers or even greeting them, disgusting no one approached or acknowledged me !, how do you allow this type of staff run your business and get away with it.

I can see so many negative reviews about this store more than positive reviews such a shame !

I will not be returning to this store or this brand ever again.

I bought a jumper from there and had a rip on. It tried to refund it. The staff were very rude and would’ve able to refund it for me. Even with receipt.

The become manager you need to know how to speak to customers and be roll model to your staff
