Great experience . I was initially very nervous about the whole process of selling my unit but Antonella was very patient and gave me the confidence to proceed.

I could hardly be more impressed with the professionalism of Robert and his team. When I was ready to sell, I contacted what appeared to be the two most highly rated agencies locally.

At the first agency I was told someone would call me shortly. I never heard from them again.

The second agency, McGrath, said the same thing only this time Robert called me back within about an hour. He briefly explained the selling process and we organized a time for him to look at the property and give me his opinion on a likely selling price.

Moving forward a little, I remember when I first saw the proposed promotional photos I knew instantly I'd made the right choice of agent. They looked amazing and showed my property in the absolute best possible light.

Still, I wondered how I would go with the selling price. I had been looking online at what was for sale locally and most of the "competition" appeared to be in new or near new apartment complexes whereas mine was in a 50 year-old block.

Also, I was aware that many potential buyers were after a two bedroom apartment whereas mine was a one bedroom.

However, I received an offer I was happy to accept in the first two weeks.

As developers, we had a few properties to sell. Rob missed out on another property we put up for sale, but he impressed us with his proposal and pre-sales manner—both in pitching and, even more so, in how he handled not winning the business. As a result, we immediately gave him an alternate listing to sell.
