This was my third time buying a pre-owned laptop from Albit and all they have all been great value and as advertised. This time I ended up buying a laptop with no SSD/HDD and I incorrectly assumed I could fit my own. Long story short, I was wrong and needed a specific uSATA SSD that I had trouble finding. I called the store and spoke with John/Jon who was super helpful and got me a suitable part within hours. The service was really above and beyond and I would totally recommend to anyone
