Great service! Lodged a passport renewal application after being turned away from Gymea post office. Got my application lodged in 3 minutes at Sylvania. Staff was super friendly. Great customer service.

I went in today to get passport applications/ photos and back this afternoon to lodge them they were extremely friendly, very helpful while helping me make sure I had all boxes ticked and forms of id ready. I highly recommend this post office and I'll be going back in future for any needs I have. Thankyou again to the wonderful owners I truly appreciate your time and help today.

Customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for passport applications or renewals. Booked appointment online through Australia Post website. Very short wait time. Excellent knowledge of the process. Best post office in the Shire!!!

Went here to get passport photos cause Miranda post shop is closed on Saturdays. The guy at the counter is so nice! The service was v quick and he even offered to cut my passport photos.
