4.8 - I haven't had Bubble Tea in ages but decided to try one again here at Chatime. I had a Thai Milk Tea with Pearls, no sugar, no ice. I was surprised that there was still so much flavour, and it was sweet already without any sugar and it was cold even though there was no ice!! 👍 Fantastic. Also, I got a lot of eye contact from staff and they were efficient too. The only thing I would suggest is possibly another menu behind (where people are waiting for their drinks and there is an existing ad there) cos people have space to ponder their choices because the front one blocks people from ordering if I am looking at it. Always useful to have more points of interaction!

I would like to express my deep appreciation for all the effort every single one of the workers is putting in, especially regarding the quality of drinks. I've ordered a couple today and yesterday and I couldn't be happier with their taste and texture. They were truly excellent! Would definitely come back. Highly recommend! ❤

Best Chatime at Top Ryde. Great friendly customer service. I order my favourite drink frozen Passionfruit, Lychee pop pearls and mousse online while at woolworths checkout usually at the busiest times around lunch then walk over and its already at the counter. My favourite person that works there is Mona I seen her working at the busiest of times and she works like clock work without getting flustered always greets and makes my drinks perfect I give her 11 out of 10 she's a great asset to Chatime.

I normally go to Chatime on a Tuesday evening and most of the time I’m served by a girl named Amelia. Im pleased to say she always has a smile on her face and is very well mannered. The drinks she makes me are full of taste and always gives me a reason to come back next week. Thank you Amelia and the team at Chatime.

My favourite Cha Time shop in Sydney. The staff ( especially Justine) are super friendly and always accommodating. I can’t fault the service or the drinks. I have been going to this store since it opened and I highly recommend you try it too.

This is my go-to for Chatime as it always has great service. It's clean, the workers are polite and efficient, and the pearls they make are decent (rarely clump together + good size individually + portioned out well). Their no-sugar teas are less sweet than other franchises, which is exactly what I'm after. They do get busy, but I've had no issues with the waiting time.

I go to Chatime fairly often (probably too often, if I’m being honest) and this is my favourite one in Sydney that I’ve been to. The workers are super friendly and personable, and they always do a great job with my orders, even if it’s busy. They’re super lovely and always leave a good impression!

Always enjoy coming here to get my fix made by the very friendly workers of Top Ryde Chatime. I thought I'd give them a shot at impressing me with something that I hadn't tried before, and they did not disappoint. Overall, a great place to get your bubble tea!

Amazing customer service from this team! The staff are lively and speedy in making the drinks. The drinks are made perfectly as I asked for. Love visiting this Chatime store whenever I need something uplifting from the drinks and kind staff!

Visited on the 25th of March and I’ve got to say my experience was amazing. My drink was phenomenal, probably one of the best I’ve had. I didn’t have to wait for long and the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Will be back soon :)

I don't usually write reviews, but Chatime Top Ryde consistently maintains the quality of their drinks and customer service everytime I visit. I usually get the Matcha Milk Tea or the Pearl Milk Tea and the flavour is always great.

This has to be my favorite Chatime store in all of Sydney! The staff are amazing and always have smiles on their faces whenever I’ve dropped by and my drink is always made exactly how I like it. Highly recommend!!

My family and I have gone to this Chatime ever since it has opened, and we absolutely love it! Such friendly staff and great service. The drinks are great quality and delicious. Would recommend going here or ordering from here :)

My favorite tea shop . The drinks are delicious and the pearls are so chewy. Also, they maintain the cleanliness of the area and they have friendly staff. Excellent customer service.
