This is a super helpful shop. I visited this shop twice. Both have been very satisfying. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have even tiny parts like small bulbs. Price is good. I forgot bringing cash and was told to just take the bulb and pay whenever I pass by.
I will go to them first if I need anything for my car.

This guy is so helpful. I did a bit of research online about replacing a blown headlight with a better one (that's code for I didn't have a clue), he walked me through the options, and then fitted it for me. Could not have been more helpful & friendly. And his price was competitive. Great experience.

Store attendant was fantastic. I purchased motor oil, which was selected by the attendant, after a simple conversation. When i left the store he politely followed and topped up my motor oil while checking the levels without my request. Going the extra mile.

We do not get service like this anymore.

He's probably getting sick of all the compliments, but I got awesome service like everyone else. Went in and bought 2 new headlight globes, fitted one and had trouble getting the other one out when he appears and does it for me.
Good price on the globes as well.

Fantastic friendly service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This is not the first time I'd been here, but today's experience was outstanding. I needed new windscreen wiper blades for my Prius - online searching suggested that I'd need to pay at least $40 and then some postage and then have to fit them myself. When I turned up here, I was told it would cost me $20 and next thing the wipers were taken off my car, blades replaced and refitted in a couple of minutes, far quicker than I could have done it.

I went there today for a product to remove light scratches from my car and was going to buy cut and polish, but the owner was very helpful in suggesting a different product for the scratches. So great to be advised to buy the correct product and when I used it, the scratches and the paint marks disappeared. Highly recommended business 😊

Called about a Globe, told them I was in a rush whether they can get ready as it was raining and a kid in the car.

It was 40% cheaper than Supercheap auto and Autobahn and made in Germany.

He had it ready holding on the hand with EFTPOS machine ready for scanning at the door. What a legend. Thank you

I can recommend this place always helpful even puts on your new wiper blades for you and also replaced headlight globe as well. You wont get this free service anywhere else. Very helpful every time I have been there.

What a refreshing visit to a store. Needed wipers blades, had exactly the suitable product, explained the ins and outs of fitting them and said if I have a problem bring the vehicle and he'll straighten it out - Top marks plus thanks

Needed a headlight for my Mazda. Was going to buy the bulb and do the replacement myself (with the help of youtube of course). I didn't need to as the guy came out and did it for me after realising I probably wasn't up to the task. Great customer service!!! Thanks again.

What a great little local business. The guy behind the counter looks like he's straight out of the Lord of the Rings but he's as helpful as Saint Vincent-de-Paul. If he has the time, he'll put in your light bulb or your wiper blade and it'll only cost a ' thank you' , unlike Not-so Supercheap where they have the prices proudly displayed next to the register. And Ryde Autoparts has a range of products that you wonder how he fits it all into the shop. Go on, support an Aussie battler.

Great experienced salesman who actually took an interest in why my Alfa 147 electrics were flashing and was partially fixed with blown parking light and regulator in fuse box...even gave a good discount when I was short a dime.

Staff were extremely helpful. Sorted out my issue and did not charge me and showed me how to resolve in future. Good old fashioned service. Might not be the best price but they will make sure the best solution is applied

Only needed to get new windscreen wiper refills the other day, got then with fair price and good service, the guy at the counter even have them installed for free. Will come back again if in need of other auto parts in the future.

Such a shame service like this doesn’t exist at other places!!!! Honestly the best shop when it comes to customer service! Always goes above and beyond to figure out what you need and help you use it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for Auto Parts!

The bloke serving is a good Ozzie bloke, always ready to help and advise even when he's busy and under pressure. These are the local business we must support re: big chains and K Mart Big W Repcobetc!!
Great local resource good prices, and a small local business that needs support as Bunnings opening opposite where Ryde Pool once stood, may be the the final straw for many small supply businesses if not appreciated and supported though the changing massive restructure and development of the local area.

Super helpful! Sold me good quality parts at a good price and even helped me fit them when I came back a week later! Would recommend :)
