Chatime Kogarah

This chatime is one of my favourite places to go to, their workers are very friendly and their drinks are extremely good too; especially the milky ones. Majority of the times when I do go in some of the workers already remember my order. I'll always choose to go back here any day.

Stepping into Chatime is like entering a magical realm of tantalizing flavors and delightful concoctions. As an avid bubble tea enthusiast, I have explored numerous establishments, but none have captured my heart and taste buds quite like this hidden gem.

The service at Chatime is simply top-notch. The staff is warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Whether you're a seasoned bubble tea connoisseur or a curious first-timer, they are more than willing to guide you through the menu, answer your questions, and provide excellent recommendations. The efficiency and attentiveness of the staff ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

One of the standout features of Chatime is the vast variety of options available. Apart from the traditional milk teas and fruit-infused teas, they also offer specialty drinks, such as matcha lattes, cheese foam teas, and unique seasonal concoctions. I ordered the Classic most famous drink (Premium pearl Milk Tea) it was amazing it tasted so good.
I will definitely will revisit on my next trip to Sydney and try a different drink.

I've been a returning customer to this Chatime since they opened, and I can see how much they have improved since day one.

The store layout is simple, and features 4x seats in the window, and there is ample space to wait to collect your drink. However, due to the layout, if you want to socially distance, you will need to stand at the doors if there are 2+ people in queue.

The staff excel at consistency and preparation.
The pearls are always ready by opening hours, and in the event that you need to wait for pearls, it's less than a 5 minute way for the next batch to be ready. They're on top of it.

The concentration of syrup, level of ice and sweetness is consistent. It doesn't matter which staff you are served by. This is what makes this particular Chatime so successful.

Naturally, they offer different delivery services which can overwhelm the staff. You may expect to wait during these periods. But it's a reasonable wait. The staff are continuously working hard, and keeping preparation areas clean as they go.

Bonus: they accept reusable cups!

Went in this evening with my family, first time customer loved the service we received from a young guy named Ali he gave us a quick rundown on the drinks, we placed our order... Awesome customer service, very clean shop and the staff all smiling and happy! Drinks that Ali made with his recommendation was delicious!!! Will definitely be going back! 👍

I go there on a regular basis as its the most convenient location. Overall, service is relatively good considering how busy it could get. However, a couple of times the staff did not follow the order correctly via the app.

Best cha time store hands down! I must give credit where its earned.

I have been coming here for a few months now. The service is great and I am always greeted with a smile. Workers operate quickly and are very accommodating to special orders. I will definitely continue to come back here.
