Rice spice dice has been the go to shop for fresh meat and veggies since 2017 for our family and since then always been our favorite place to shop and send the Nepalese groceries to my family living in regional area too.. staff are the kindest and most hardworking, always helping costumers with smile 👍👍 they never compromise on quality and freshness which is great to find. We had traveled for about 1.5 hours to get there, as we are regular customers who appreciate their selection of quality and fresh products. However, there was one particular issue that left us disappointed.

As a family of four, we needed a significant quantity of groceries, and since it's not feasible for us to visit the shop every day, we aimed to stock up for the week. Unfortunately, when I tried to purchase 4 kg of cucumbers, the staff refused to provide me with the requested amount. Instead, they removed one kilogram and packed only 3 kg of cucumbers.

While I understand that certain policies or limitations may be in place, it was disheartening to be unable to purchase the desired quantity of cucumbers. This inconvenience negatively impacted our shopping experience, as we rely on RSD for its consistent quality and range of products.

Despite this setback, I still appreciate the overall quality and freshness of the products at Rice Spice Dice. The shop offers a wide selection that caters to our needs, and we find ourselves visiting every week. It would be ideal if RSD could find a solution to accommodate customers who wish to purchase larger quantities, allowing for a smoother shopping experience.

Overall, Rice Spice Dice is a good grocery shop with excellent products, but the limitation on the quantity of certain items can be frustrating for customers like us who travel long distances. I hope they can address this issue in the future, as it would enhance the overall shopping experience for their loyal customers.

There are many nepalese groceries shop but Rice Spice Dice is the most professional shop and has great customer service. They have all kinds of good quality products with very reasonable pricing. Good customer service and the product are fresh and good and it's friendly environment . Will definitely recommends other friends and family and ensure you got a loyal customer for future.💙

Been to this shop several times. Excellent customer service and good quality Boer goat. It’s bit far to drive all the way from Penrith but the quality of meat makes it worth it. Well done guys and keep up the quality.
