Myer Shellharbour

Today I visited the Seed in store and wanted to purchase a product that was not available at Shellharbour . Kath assisted me with checking the stock levels of other stores and gave me numbers to call so that I could do a purchase via telephone .

I had a mammoth task of getting anyone to pick up the telephone in 4 stores that I was advised had stock . , I finally went back to Myer Shellharbour and was lucky enough to speak with Kath again . This time she gave me 4 other numbers and I finally managed the to get someone to pick up in Adelaide and my items are on their way HALLELUJAH..

Huge shout out to Kath at Seed, her customer service was fabulous .. well done Shellharbour the girl who picked up the phone was always very friendly😊

Whilst small and limited by metro standards, this Myer (the only remaining store on the Illawarra after the closure of the Wollongong store) has the right mix of merchandise for the community. Combined with great service, it’s a lovely little store.

Gaille helped me find a gift for my mates wedding and was very respectful and nice even though it was later in the day she definitely deserves a raise 🤟🏽

The name Eleesha must mean excellence, because that's the type of service we received from Eleesha when recently shopping for cookware. She was very helpful, informative and took the time to walk us to another party of the store to find homewares. Thank you Eleesha, your service was exceptional.

So happy to discover a great Myer store in the Illawarra. It's a decent size and I found plenty of great buys.

I still think it's much better and more satisfying to actually visit a store, rather than simply buying something online!

It was very good with excellent service from the shop assistant that helped me by my shoes.

Nice Store..always good quality, nicely presented and clean. A pleasure to shop there.

Update. 25 Sept 2023. Poor lass in the ladies' shoes department is "run off her feet". Fitting shoes is time-consuming in order to be fitted correctly. At least one further member of staff should be available. Previous visit: Management need to fix the packaging issue. I did not expect to be charged .15 cents in the process of spending $89 on a dress. Purchases should just be wrapped automatically free of charge.

Visiting this Myer is always a pleasant experience. Quiet, clean, great range of products.

It's really nice at Myer because they have staff that don't disturb or hassle you to try and get you to buy something, but that are still very friendly and helpful if you ask for assistance.

They do have a large range of products, quite a few of which you wouldn't find in the rest of Shellharbour Stockland. And they are a little pricey but their sales are great!

Massive store which at first is tricky to navigate but staff are always helpful and friendly. Went to buy aftershave for myself and some other Christmas presents and the lady who served us could not be more accommodating. She made sure we left with the perfect purchase and didn't make us feel like we had to rush. She was a pleasure to deal with. They have a great selection of high quality clothes, perfumes, linen, kitchen and bathroom wares. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

Love Myer, some things a bit expensive but quality is good and staff are very friendly. Although there a few nice things reasonably priced at the moment. Always worth visiting once in a while.
