Only visited quickly to pick up milk. Great layout. Ended up buying chicken skewers. Thai and Honey Soy for BBQ. One of the best I've tasted. Fast easy checkout too

Could do better with priceadj7stments as some items don't reflect their wholesale reductions.

I went to coles Shellharbour looking for a specific grocery item I needed to complete a traditional Mongolian soup, and a incredibly generous (and very handsome and sexy I might add) worker with the name of ‘Andrew Benevante’ came in, flexing his deliciously postured claves to my rescue to help me find the item. He helped me find it within seconds and left me in a daze of formidable lust and haze.
I will be coming back, please give him a raise and please give him a promotion.

Coles is my go to shop for everything. The variety is huge,shelves are always stacked and staff are friendly and helpful. It's also good to get those fly buys points up for a rainy day or Xmas shopping gift cards. They are also great for hiring a diverse range of people wich makes it a comfortable and happy atmosphere to be in 🙂

My family drive 1 hour and 15min to this coles as my coles doesn't have the things we need sometimes , I have health issues that have disabled me atm and its hell travelling today I called coles and spoke to a amazing women called Lisa , she helped me with my online order as I'm not well and I am so grateful for her !!! COLES THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A EMPLOYEE BEST COLES IN ALL OF SOUTH COAST

Best coles honestly I've been to all in these areas up to JB, you can't go wrong with excellent customer service, thanks to every employee there, thank to the manager for having excellent employees

Always super busy but they offer a really large range of fresh produce. It's always worth the visit when I'm at Shellharbour.
Highly recommended!

Huge Coles with great selection of stuff. Convenient spot within the centre. They have a decent amount of self serve checkouts which I like. The produce always seems fresh and high quality. Most of their trolleys are in good condition and only a few suffer from trolly drift unlike other stores.

First time there and impressed

Came from Wollongong council area (Northern Suburbs) to shop at shellharbour as masks are not mandatory.
Was pleasantly surprised with the range & layout & we spent over $500 on groceries & fruit & vegetables.
Great range & awesome customer service from Amanda who packed our bags to perfection.

Will definitely make the time to come all the way back & shop bulk again in the near future.

Hi last Thursday it was really busy ! I was waiting to pay for my groceries (the cash register next to the self service ) when I fainted ! A young coles worker was going on her break helped me ,ran to the coffee shop to get me a chair and told a very kind coles gentleman to check on me ! In the meantime Grace the cashier packed all my groceries ,put it in my trolley I just haveto get up to pay ! I was really touched by the care and the concern those 3 beautiful people showed me that day ! Thank you ! Sincerely !

Fantastic mandarins and mangoes. I have an illness with severe disability and can only buy two things I need all the time at Coles. Parking is good. Staff are helpful if I need it.

Great store and staff were super helpful. I couldn't find a product and the girl who was doing home shopping (her name was Faith) was super helpful and directed me to the right aisle.

All good they’re were just packing and stacking at this time of night very quiet not busy at all
