I had the most incredible experience with Kirby at Pélo by Lago. I was super-nervous considering I was visiting with a colour correction having had the integrity of my hair compromised elsewhere. Kirby was so kind and knowledgable, she made me feel at ease straight away. I so appreciate the time she took to improve the horror colour I showed up with. Kirby completely transformed my hair! As my hair is already thin, I was worried about going lighter but Kirby not only perfected the lighter colour on me but also made my hair look fuller with the style cut! Would highly recommend.

Kirby and the team are absolute perfectionist. Kirby is always on point with a colour or cut, I always leave looking and feeling amazing.
