I hired Nathan and his team at Natrix to install a 10kw Solar panel system. I found Nathan to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful in my research phrase right through to the completion of installation including helping me understand of the technology. The team were on time, worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Natrix, and if the need arises, I would definitely hire them again.

We chose Natrix to install our new Solar / PVA system. They provided a friendly, efficient and timely response to my initial inquiry. Listened carefully to my feedback and amended their proposal to incorporate the changes I requested, Courteous follow up without harassing me. This was a complicated installation alongside our original system. The very professional installation team turned up on time and got the job completed within their time estimate. When there was a minor issue with the interface to our Solar Analytics system they got back to us quickly and competently to sort it out. We will use Nathan and the team again.

I've called Nathan today out of desperation as I was trying to get my iinet fixed & while it's in the middle of getting fixed, the power tripped. I called Nathan as he's the first number that came up for electrician available. I called him and he did troubleshooting on the phone and managed to step me through potential cause of the problem in less than 5 mins. He took the call but did not charge me for the service. Least I could do is tell everyone how great service he provided me. My Saturday is not ruined afterall! I'd be keeping Nathan's number of speed dial when this happens again.

Nathan recently did some electrical work at our office in Caringbah. He was on site when promised and make great recommendations about the work he thought was necessary. We highly recommend him!
