This is the second time Paul has come to our place to do work. First, he repaired our electrical panel and this time to install our new oven and he will be back to do some more electrical work. I highly recommend Paul as he is friendly, professional, does high quality work and explains everything and gives price point options and sound advice on what will and won't work. Paul comes across as "old school" as he is honest, transparent, and has integrity and a good work ethic. All the things you want and hope for in a tradesman.

The words I would use to describe Paul and 'Smart and Fast Electrical' are amazing, professional, efficient and yet budget-friendly. Paul is super easy to talk to, provided valuable inputs and ideas throughout. We had heaps of electrical work in our home (both indoor and outdoor) which he, along with Cooper, completed fantastically and on time. Paul from Smart and Fast Electrical has attended my place a few times recently for electrical jobs. These include updating a new mains electrical box, installing a security system and lastly installing 3 new bedroom ceiling fan lights.

Paul was very professional and responsive. I called Safe and Fast electrical and Paul was in the area and was able to quote the job within the hour. Aside from a competitive price Paul was able to complete the job the next day. He arrived at the time he said he would and completed the work within the timeframe he told me it would take.

Paul is extremely professional and easy to deal with. Took the time to clean up after the work was completed & happy to dispose of the rubbish, no issues adjusting and adding to what I needed completed. Completely recommend to others and will defiantly be back in the future to use again.

We woke up on a cold Monday morning to no hot water. I called a plumber and he told me it was the off peak and to wait a day to see if it fixes itself ...If its still cold then call Aus Grid.
It didn't fix itself.
So I called Aus Grid and explained the problem. I waited almost all day for them to come out. The guy showed up had a 2 second look and said it wasn't Aus Grids problem. He couldn't even offer any advice.
I then called Paul at Smart and Fast Electrical . I had used his services once before. Paul came to my house within 30 minutes. He traced the problem to the thermostat on the hot water tank. He then called around to find the part and went to get it. He was back in under half an hour and had it fixed in 10 minutes.
This morning everyone was happy on account of not having to have a cold shower.
Paul even gave me a follow call this morning to make sure it was all working.
Excellent service and will definitely be using Paul for any future electrical work we have.

Excellent very reasonable and very trustworthy. I called on Saturday for 9 downlights he turned up Monday to quote took me through the justification and very transparent about costs. He came back same day to install.

Would use again, he was also very polite and worked around us (had shoe protectors and a COVID safe mask without me having to ask) whilst I worked from home. PRovided the information technical background and was happy to answer any questions

Paul from Smart and fast electrical came and did a big job for us cutting out and installing all new down lights throughout our home.
He let us know when he would arrive, was on time and left our home clean and tidy. Very happy!

Highly recommended! Quality work from an electrician who really knows his stuff. Paul replaced the old lights with new LEDs across the whole house, installed outdoor lights and updated our switchboard. He was always on time and never left a mess. Thanks for doing such a great job!
