Vegan cheeseburger is great! Not sure if it was a mistake or promotion but second patty was given with no extra charge! Gluten free bun for +$1.50 is tasty! Glad to see vegan market is growing! 💚

Nice indoor and outdoor seating facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The car parking spaces are also generous.

They never really get it wrong and the food is always delicious.

Had an issue with our food order a while ago, spoke with the manager on the 8th of October and he was amazingly kind and helpful in getting the issue resolved.

Grandchildren wanted to check out the new soft serve , never had it so quiet while driving!! Successful!! Ordered a coffee for myself, excellent timing the coffee machine not working properly: very apologetic and I organised a substitute drink.

My son’s just ordered double whoppers on our way home from Sydney to the Far South Coast, and I have to say they looked just like the little photos on the menu. Who ever made them has an eye for detail. It may be just a burger but the kids delighted in the fact that they looked as good as the picture! My caramel iced coffee looked and tasted delicious! My Experience at Hungry Jacks Heathcote was exceptional , I was greeted very welcoming and my food and beverage was to a very high standard, the Iced Caramel Latte was a 10/10 and I very much enjoyed it. The sticky date pudding was also very nice and I would recommend purchasing.

Stopped in on a long evening ride for a quick bite. Very prompt a friendly service! Chips were the best I've ever had at Hungry Jacks! Perfectly cooked + perfectly seasoned! Rebel Whopper was also perfect! Very clean and neat restaurant 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Had to revise my review. The young girl on Window 2 drivethrough at 6:38pm Thursday 24th Feb 2022 gave such good service with a smile at both the drive through window and delivering the food in the waiting bay that I had to up my review to 5 stars for effort alone. Giver her a promotion and put her into management training.

We arrived at HUNGRY JACKS ENGADINE at 10.03PM.
The front door was locked and staff were mopping the floor.

A staff member opened the door and I asked if they were closed.
"Yes we are closed but you are welcome to come in and eat".

The staff were amazingly friendly and so eager to please, especially the Manager 'Rose'.

We were even offered to eat our meal in the dining room which was a blessing as we had a 2 hour drive ahead of us.

10/10 for customer service, freshly cooked food and cleanliness.

The store manager Rose was amazing! Our order was big as we had 9 people with us and she had a no fuss, can-do attitude when we ordered! Now that's what I call great customer service! Highly recommended! Two thumbs up!! 👌
