Luke and Drew are absolute top blokes. They charge a good price, are honest, have a good knowledge of all things car related and for the things they don't know they'll know someone they can recommend to you. I've been going there for years and wouldn't trust anyone else more. The only warning I could say is that their exceptional service does mean their waiting list isn't short, but if it's a problem that can wait a month then I've found them always worth the wait

I booked my vehicle in with Kirrawee Autocare as a new customer thinking I had an issue with my aircon. Luke tested my aircon for an hour, fixed some computer issues he'd found - but found no fault with the aircon (operator error) ... the price for their very busy time and labor - NO CHARGE. Generosity (+ honesty) such as this is (unfortunately) rare today - again many thanks to Luke and his team. My family's vehicles will all be under Kirrawee Auto's care from now on..!!

Amazing service! Went in for a pink slip and they fixed/fitted my baby capsule for free as they observed it wasn't safe. Highly recommend these guys. Will definitely go back. Thanks again!

I was referred to Luke by two friends and as soon as he received my enquiry online he returned the call. He was open and honest about not being able to fit me in for a month and took the time to suggest alternative garages I should try. He gave me confidence I could come back to him if I could not get help anywhere else. Super professional and empathetic and would recommend always giving them first right of refusal when needing help.

I first called them up to book in an appointment to have my air conditioning repaired. Upon speaking with Luke, he mentioned a few possible reasons to why it wasn't working. I liked that he was also eucating me at the same time which many other auto repair places don't.

Even though it took me 3 visits to have my air conditioning fixed due to the ordering of spare parts, Luke kept me in the loop the whole time which eased my concerns.

I would highly recommend this place.

Gave me all the details of when my next Service is due and din't cost me an arm and a leg. Definitely recommending to my friends and will definitely go back.

Thanks Guys recently had my Toyota RAV4 car serviced with Kirrawee Autocare they did a great job and went thru the service in point detail.They even showed me the used parts they had replaced. This was the cars regular six month service and I couldn't be happier with the results, friendly mechanics that know their business and the cost was far below what I was expecting. I've gone here for registration checks in the past - often leaving it to a few days before it's due. These guys have always managed to squeeze me in and get it done quickly and thoroughly. Would certainly recommend.

Luke diagnosed my 2012 pajero fault codes flawlessly. 7 different fault codes had come up and they were all the cause of a low battery. He noticed the newly installed battery and explained what was happening. He really knows what he's doing, I've definitely found myself my new local regular mechanic.

They were fantastic and friendly , offered solutions to update to regulation requirements for a trailer , professional work and efficient . Highly recommend any work needed is in capable , professional hands at genuine pricing. Five star from me.
