I had to hire a CPAP machine for my dad and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jessica, who was just amazing. The customer service was above and beyond. Jessica took the time to explain things to me even though she was busy.

Today I had the pleasure of being attended to by Giovanna at the CDC Niddrie. It was a most pleasant experience. Giovanna is a very knowledgeable and caring Pharmacist. Giovanna and her team (today it was Jess) always provide excellent service and helpful advice, a smile a laugh and most of all whatever I need.

I attended the shop today for a follow up on issues relating to my CPAP machine. Jess who attended me could not have been more helpful. She is a credit to her parents as her manners are exemplary. If there was an employee of the year award she would win it hands down.

My husband & I went to Chemist discount in Niddrie for the first time today & was greeted by a lovely young lady, we don’t know her name but found out she was Italian (calabrese). We would highly recommend this place purely for the smiles & helpfulness we received.

Impeccable service all the time.
From both the pharmacist and staff. Always there to lend a helping hand, and have gone above and beyond. Friendly to each other, and is obvious, by the friendly service you encounter every time you walk in there. No problem is to big or to small for the manager and pharmacist to help you with. I have been with the pharmacy for many years now, and I can tell you it hasn't always been this way. I was ready to take my scripts and business else where after one of the male pharmacist left after a year of being there. It took a lot of convincing. And now am so happy that I stayed, As staff run a tight ship & are very attentive to myself my daughter's needs, and to all other customers when I am there. AND FOR that I am GREATFUL.

The girls at chemist discount on Keilor Rd near the post office are fabulous. They are very knowledgeable about medication, reactions with other meds . Immunisation and even vitamins and reactions. Highly recommend this chemist if you have ongoing medical needs

I was reading through the reviews before leaving mine.. and just to set the record straight that the Niddrie Superstore pharmacy is not the only pharmacy that charge you to certify documents.. so there was no need for a 0 review from "d".. this Pharmacy has been around for a long time.. We as a family come from a small town.. yet have been loyal customers with this pharmacy for over 10 years.. We have nothing but the best to say about the store.. the STABLE and CAPABLE staff.. especially management and to JESS and GIOVANNA.. by working together have done a great job to get that store intoshape.. thank you guys at NIDDRIE Superstore...
