Extremely happy and thankful I took my car to Craig for an engine replacement for my VW Golf R. The engine needed to be replaced due to a rock puncturing the oil sump and blowing the engine. Craig ordered genuine Volkswagen parts and took extra care in rebuilding the engine. I was able to claim the accident through insurance and while insurance were difficult to deal with, Craig made the whole process smooth sailing on his part. Will use Kirrawee Automative in the future. Would highly recommend!

Booked in for a pink slip and was running late. Still managed to fit me and I was only there for maybe a total of 5 minutes. Great service and very helpful in making sure I was fit in to the day. Thanks guys, it's hard to find helpful mechanics sometimes but you made it easy

Craig is a good man. Car was unable to travel far with typical “old issues” yet he fixed it and now my 2000 Mazda could travel as far as it can without any issues. Didn’t cost me an arm and a leg for that.

Daniel from Automotive Plus is a great mechanic. I needed a timing belt and water pump change and he was the only one willing to do it on a weekend with the best given quote. We ran into some trouble trying to break the crank shaft bolt loose since it was well seize in there, so we needed a specialist tool from Honda which only opens on a weekday. He was nice enough to gave me his car for the weekend. I picked up my car from him on Monday with no trouble. He even degreased my engine bay to make sure if any oil leaks show i can easily tell. Best mechanic I've been to would definitely recommend.

Craig is always going above and beyond with my car needs. He is transparent, honest and always provides a, friendly and professional service.

Honest mechanic who never tries to rush a job or upsell you on stuff you don't need. He'll tell you if there's anything that needs doing, but won't pressure you to do it immediately if it's not urgent or if it would be cheaper to do it next service etc.

Normally pretty busy so I recommend calling ahead for anything more than an inspection.

Happily looked at something with my car despite not booking in. Very friendly, reasonably priced and speedy service. Overall very happy with the service, would definitely recommend.
