Exceeded my Expectations. Initially I was inquiring about a block of land I was interested in at the time. After a bit of research and help from Wendy I decided it wasn't for me. Breath Of Fresh Air. After dealing with previous agency that cause us no amount of stress and extra costs thru their poor sales skills, what a pleasure it was to deal with Wendy and the Ray White crew. No, you must get styling furniture, no negative feedback constantly, no talking down asking price. The sales process of bringing buyers trough the home was done with care and professionalism not open slater approach with not enough staff to deal with crowd like the previous agency. We felt valued and cared for with Wendy, a far cry on how we felt with previous agents. My tip if you want your sale of your home handled by someone who cares about getting the right result use Ray White Caringbah principal Wendy Samrani, you won’t be sorry.

OK an update whilst the presales were as above unfortunately the after sales experience we had, did not match anywhere near that. We strongly believe and experienced that once the commission is paid, we felt the service levels and advice dropped considerably. We did expect a lot better from the franchise and those in charge. Therefore, from our point of view once the sale is done and they have their commission you are no longer of much value to them. There was a matter we were promised would not happen, but it did, so we enquired why, we told to ask our solicitor why, as out their hands. However, it would of have been really nice if the experienced agency told us beforehand the procedures on this, so we knew what to expect as surely they knew what was going to happen, very disappointing outcome. So, sellers beware and asked lots of questions especially on after sales procedures and their practices, we got caught as it has been a while since we sold and believed would be told all the pitfalls, unfortunately no we did not.

It takes a special person to sell a special and unique apartment. Wendy fit the bill perfectly! After grabbing our attention a few years ago when she achieved a record price in a neighbouring property, we knew she was the person for the job and she did not let us down!
