Product & pricing was good, but I was let down by the installer who left a mess, damaged my walls, and didn’t return after one visit to finish the job after numerous attempts to have him come back. The sales rep at the office was accomodating, and we did negotiate a reduced price in lieu of compensation, but I had to contract someone else to finish the work off. A shame really, as the installers lack of professionalism in rectifying the outstanding work is damaging this business’ reputation.
