F45 Training Sutherland

3 months ago on a whim I signed up for a free 5 day pass at F45 Sutherland. Last week I completed my 45th training session.

A massive thank you to Shen, Bec and Saskia. Such an incredible trio who along with all the other members of F45 Sutherland have made me feel so welcomed from day one. Shen, Bec and Saskia have helped to improve my form, keep me accountable and challenge me to push myself each and every session. It’s a gym filled with members of all ages and fitness levels. I absolutely love training at F45 Sutherland and I strongly recommend it to anyone!

This is only the beginning of getting my health and fitness back on track. It’s the best I’ve felt for a very long time and I’m feeling fitter and stronger both mentally and physically. Still along way to go but at least I’m on my way.

I joined up f45 Sutherland late last year, has been great so far. Good mix of classes - cardio, weights/resistance type stuff etc. Great bunch of trainers who know their stuff, and members are all a friendly bunch as well which makes for a good atmosphere!

F45 Sutherland is one of the best. The trainers are friendly, supportive, encouraging and will push you to your full potential. Exercising in general can be intimidating, but the encouragement from the trainers and the other members is next level, positive vibes and good times. Highly recommend F45 Sutherland.

I’ve been training at F45 for a couple of years now, and absolutely love it! The trainers Shen, Bec and Sas are absolutely amazing and really know their stuff. They’re always positive and will give you that extra push when you need it! The studio is always buzzing and I know that when my alarm goes off in the morning, I’ll do my class and feel the better for it. All the members are friendly and welcoming! Over the past couple of years of training I’ve become stronger, fitter and a better version of myself. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining a gym to come and try it for yourself!

Joined F45 Sutherland on a whim when I got back from overseas in July. Still a member so that says a lot! I consider myself very picky with gyms but I have not even though about leaving. Trainers are professional, always correcting technique and posture (need this) and all the trainers are very friendly!! F45 is not like it used to be many years ago, for the better. Check it out.

The team at F45 Sutherland have created a great community that makes you want to come back and train every day. They genuinely help and push you and make sure you’re never afraid to ask questions. I was a long-time F45-er and left to try some other things but when Shen and Bec took over it became a place I immediately wanted to return to and I have loved being back.

Never thought I would enjoy working out until I started at F45 Sutherland. Shen and the team are wonderful and go above in beyond to make sure you’re staying on track with your goals and helping out whenever you might need it! So glad Shen encouraged me to start :)

I have been really enjoying F45 especially with the new management. The team are passionate, caring and very helpful with assisting to make sure you have the right form and technique. The trainers motivate me and my training buddy and we love it. I am really happy with this gym ❤

Shen and the team at Sutho make the place like a second home to me ( I deadset almost see the rower in that studio more than my own bed! ). Perfect combo of pushing you out of your comfort zone and some much needed hype and fun at 6am every single morning!
Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Sutho! VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
The workouts are intense, but Shen, Bec and Sas always are there to give hands on feedback, tips and tricks to make no workout dull ever and just the right amount of encouragement for everyone! Members here become friends and I am inspired by them everyday, its so hard to find all of this in the one place- but you do at Sutho :) You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly!

Love the Vibe & energy that F45 Sutherland provides. Its a great welcoming community. Shen, Bec & Sass are always full of energy, supportive and pushing you through every exercise. If your thinking of giving it a try - Do it, you wont regret it!

I absolutely love the atmosphere in Sutherland! It’s such a positive and warming vibe ALL the trainers bring and are always there to help and correct us if needed be. I have been there over a year now and I won’t be leaving anytime soon that’s for sure. Being a mum of 2 f45 is my escape and I always leave feeling strong :)

I have been with the F45 Sutherland family for nearly 3 years now (that says enough in itself) and they’re just that…like family :)
Awesome coaches encouraging and pushing you every session to be a better you and to constantly up your game….but so fun and so friendly

Shen, Sas and Bec are always so welcome! Genuinely one of the best studios I have ever trained at! The girls take the time to make sure everyone in the session feels comfortable and provides so many tips, to make exercises easier or harder depending what you need.

F45 Sutherland is a great place to train, the trainers are always friendly and make it a fun and enjoyable experience.

I have recently joined f45 and cannot recommend highly enough. Bec and the team have created a fun, safe and enjoyable environment to train in.
