Food - 5 stars
Service - 3.5 stars
We weren’t given a menu after the staff seated us down, also the meals took 20 minutes to arrive.
Quality of food was a pleasant surprise especially at the price point. We’ve paid $51 for 2 set dinner and a pot of tea, it’s affordable and the potion is quite big too.
Especially enjoyed the fisherman soup - with plenty of seafood inside. Sashimi was quite fresh too. Pork Katsu was crispy and not oily.

This place is pretty good. I was remaking how good the food was and didn't even realize it was part of the masuya group (they need better signage). The green tea latte is probably the best (also sweetest) I've ever had in australia. There are set bento boxes but I decided to make my own, everything was great.

Love this restaurant!
The decor is nice. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff are all friendly and smiley. Very children friendly. They have high chairs and kids utensils.
I found the side bench seats so comfortable with cushions and even overarching heaters for every bench seat to keep you warm during winter! Amazing.
The food selection is decent and it just taste good too. Really love their sashimi and seafood. Their bentos look so appetising and yes, taste amazing. It was really easy to order a mini udon as a side for kids if they can't finish a whole meal.
Really good experience!
Highly recommend this place if you want to have bentos!
There is also a large drinks menu too.

This is the place to go in Chatswood if you want to satisfy your tonkatsu cravings! It is also very conveniently located just beside the Chatswood train station. 😊

Bentos are large portions. Salmon sashimi is great. There are hot pots and dishes available, too.

Fantastic experience celebrating my boyfriend’s 30th Birthday there. Great food and service. Especially want to thank Mako who helped me make the birthday cake surprise possible, offering taking photos for us and all the things that exceeded our expectations tonight. Will keep visiting this place and definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Came at lunch time and it wasn't crowded yet. Food came out quite quickly too. I got the salmon paradise bento and it was so good. Reminds me of when I was in Japan. Will visit again.

Delicious bento and consistent quality. Takeaway bento options are sold at the counter for people needing grab and go food. Waiting time at busy hours can be a little bit long but it is to be expected at any popular restaurant

Lovely little bento shop in Chatswood train station. We loved the lunch sets, though my girlfriend wasn't too into the egg/mayo sauce that was on her chicken. We definitely plan on coming back here.

The best bento in Sydney! fresh sashimi, fresh sushi, huge servings and at a good price. They have the best range of dishes in the bento. You can even customise your own bento. Look how big this bento box is. Teriyaki chicken, tonkatsu, sushi, sashimi, miso soup, steamed potato and beef. The best

Always good food and service at reasonable prices, usually need to book in advance if more than just 2 people as indoor seating is limited and outside you need good weather.

A bit on the pricey side yet it delivers. I enjoyed my Osaka Bento, noteworthy was the Sashimi, thick cuts and fresh.
