It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Robyn Parkes. What a talented practitioner she is.... wise and knowledgeable. I came to her stressed and depleted. It's been a full-on year and my body was exhausted. I sat back while Robyn scanned my body and without me elaborating she was able to pinpoint wgat was happening in my body, which made so much sense. Her intuition was absolutely spot on in her counselling session. She gave me techniques and things to do before my next session which really helped. I was so impressed with her accuracy and skill that I eagerly returned. Her massage included an energetic healing which was really palpable. I left feeling lighter and at peace. I noticed I had more energy in the following days as I had shifted my mindset with a feeling of certainty and clarity around a personal situation which I had allowed to deplete my reserves. I sincerely recommend Robyn as a first class holistic practitioner. You won't be dissappointed she truly is heaven sent. Having been a holistic practitioner for many years I feel privileged to have found Robyn.

Robyn is a great Massage Therapist but Robyn offers a lot more than that!
We met coincidentally and both agreed things happen for a reason. My mental space was not good due to personal factors that involved my estranged daughter. I was very sad, angry, emotional and stressed. My first session with Robyn seemed to rid me of all the built up tension and stress that I had been carrying for over a year. (quite amazing!)
Robyn worked with me both physically and mentally, she taught me how to forgive myself and others, Robyn suggested certain techniques with regards to relaxation and exercise, that I continue to use every day.
Robyn has also helped me understand I should have no expectations and should live my life to the fullest.
I am good now, mentally strong and see things from a different independent perspective.
I highly recommend Robyn for your total wellbeing.

Robyn uses an incredible pressure point technique to release pain. Using breath work to help the release of tight muscles. You will walk out feeling incredible.

You will be shocked how quickly you will see results. I have suffered from lower back pain for years and after seeing multiple Physiotherapists and Chiropractors I would get relief for a week or so and then have to book in again and again feeling dependent on the physical treatment. I did not realise that my body could heal with the right advice and guidance. So there is no need to spend countless hours week after week in the treatment rooms, feeling helpless and burning a hole in your pocket too. Been through half a dozen "therapists" over the past 6 years, and Rhys from Biomechanics Healthcare was the one to finally get me back to being balanced and functioning pain free. The massages from his associates are also outstanding.

I went to the Kylie the Naturopath several times regarding a 7 year illness that I had seen many doctors and specialist over. In 3-4 sessions, Kylie had helped my body heal and fight back on its own. No doctors have been able to give such great success from a re-occuring illness. No more re-occuring illness for me! She is kind, understanding, amazing knowledge and very thorough.

Such amazing work by Rhys I can't thank him enough . My lower back pain over 13 years has gone by 80% . The rest is up to me with the exercises given by Rhys I feel very confident I can overcome my discomfort . Such a relief thankyou .
