Thai Thyme Kitchen

Amazingly awesome food! I regularly get the lunch special for $13. It's huge! (I couldn't finish the massaman beef pictured.) The chef is a master. The waitress is so sweet. I highly recommend Thai Thyme.

Recommended:
Green curry chicken is full of flavour.
The mussaman beef is so tender it falls apart with a spoon.

Authenticity Thai. Especially at lunch time. Fresh cheap tasty food. That’s what Thailand’s famous for served by beautiful people. Love this place

Really tasty Thai food & the ladies that take your order really are lovely with gentle traditional Thai manners. I ordered the King Prawn Green Curry & the Beef Chili & Basil. The Green Curry was beautiful & very tasty & the Beef had a lot of flavour & a nice chilli hit but wasnt too hot.

Their Lunch Special menu (see pic) is great value with a great range of choices & is priced from only $9.90.

I would recommend picking up your own food as the service is very fast. Don't fall for the delivery services that charge inflated prices on top of the restaurant price. But if you insist on using them & they let you down on delivery times dont leave a bad review for the restaurant as this is totally out of their control.

Incredibly authentic and flavourful. Not your typical Thai place. The flavours are exceptional and several notch’s above your typical Thai place. Best curry puffs and green curry I have ever had. Can’t wait to try the rest!

The Tom yum soup is loaded with flavour! The dishes are actually spicy and authentic - so maybe not to everyone’s taste in The Shire but I think it’s awesome.

I truly love this place. It's a great, little local Thai joint... I see the reviews below, and it seems the "1's" have more to do with Uber Eats than Thai Thyme, so give it a try. We just finished a Panang Curry with Prawns (a little sweet, a little spice), and a Massaman Beef Curry - both were absolutely delicious.

It's my 6th, 7th(?) time ordering takeaway, and we stick with the curries as they've always been excellent.

Most of all, the service is with a warm, neighbourhood smile and a traditional Thai bow of the head - the kind of Thai place you want to support.

Great and authentic Thai flavors. Big servings. We especially loved their green curry and Pad Thai with prawns. The coconut rice was one of the best we had in Australia. We will definitely come back.

Tiny restaurant, but big flavoursome food. Ate here with the family just before Xmas. Food was delicious. My brother and Dad were both very impressed with the flavours and quality. This is our favourite thai in the shire. Staff are always friendly.

One of the best Thai lunch spots one could hope for. The food is fresh and light and the flavours are top notch. The food is fast and the service is great! Staff are friendly and the meals are prepared fresh while you wait. Highly recommended to anyone wanting great Thai food at a great price.

Nice small place for dinner. Food was delicious, both sweet & sour and pad kee mao. Slightly different style to other Thai restaurants, where the food become boring over time, so this was great experience. On top of that very friendly people. Happy we walked in, definitely coming back.

My favourite Thai food in the Shire! We have had Take Away, Uber eats and Lunch Specials from here a number of times. It’s always very fresh & flavourful. I highly recommend their Pad Phrik Kingh, Papaya Salad, Massaman Curry & Choo Chee. They use fresh ingredients & the food is always hot & delicious. The staff have been very friendly & helpful too.

We recently had Spring Rolls, Pa Ram Long Song with Tofu, Beef Massaman Curry and Roast Duck Curry (Take Away) and all dishes were delicious and plentiful. The small restaurant looks very pleasant with nicely set tables, service was excellent and I would recommend to give the Thai Thyme Kitchen at Caringbah a try. We definitely will be back!

Beautiful, kind, consistent food and service. Hands down our favourite Thai restaurant in Australia. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. I never do reviews but for this - I will make the exception. 10/10.

Tasty affordable lunch of Garlic Pepper beef with rice! Had a glitch with their credit card machine however the waitress was new so maybe her error. Staff very nice!

They make an amazing chicken fried rice and chicken panang curry. The lunch specials are great value and always filling
