Great place, outstanding gluten free options. Had a macadamia milk cappuccino and it was really nice, with a takeaway salad box. The salads were so flavourful, I highly recommend the spiced cauliflower. I have to return to try the buckwheat pancakes!! look forward to coming back for them during my next trip to Sydney.

Great vegan and gluten free options to eat in or take away. Generous serving sizes, the medium mixed bowl allows for four choices and all were amazingly fresh and flavorsome! We need more vegan options like heart and soul in the Shire! Staff were lovely as well.

I can not rate this place highly enough and whenever I'm in the area, this is the place I come to eat.

My absolute favourite is the peanut butter toast and they make a mean cup of coffee! As a Coeliac, it's absolutely wonderful to have a safe haven to dine and the team at Heart & Soul understand cross contamination and offer a delectable selection of gluten free (and vegan) food!

The staff are always friendly, helpful and I've had them to above and beyond on numerous occasions. I absolutely love it here.

This beautiful little cafe has an awesome atmosphere, it's very special. My heart and soul loves it here. The delicious healthy food is what makes this place one of my fav gems in Cronulla. There is no pretending here this is the real deal they are truly healthy with all their options. If you want a guarantee of eating delicious, nutritious, clean food then this is THE place to come. I often order the Marsala Chai hot drink and the buckwheat pancakes with fruit, berries, pears and ricotta. There are interesting books to scan, a gorgeous indoor tropical Zen garden to view or simply people watch as all the beautiful people called "Cronullians" wander by... Fun, peaceful, delicious, sexy, healthy, mindful...mykind of place.

This is the most amazing cafe. Really positive atmosphere, staff are great, the managers so friendly and the food is so worth it. I'll definitely make the trip out here again!

We ordered take-away for a picnic lunch yesterday and were impressed with the food (plenty!) and the nice presentation in the cardboard box (Ueber eats). This is my "Hello Halloumi" bowl, with an extra of Avocado. My daughter shared the Hummus and flat bread that came with her "Holy Guacamole". The juices and smoothy were refreshing too. Shall definitely buy form Heart & Soul Cafe again, or visit in person. Thank you, we really enjoyed our picnic with such delicious food!

Plus they are stroller and dog friendly.

The Coffee is certainly going to rank in my top 10 in sydney.We had a mocha for reference.

Vegan cafe with strong gluten free options. Usually eating vegan means picking from 1 or 2 menu choices but not here, everything can be made vegan or is vegan already. Great place!

The reason I'm writing this review is to praise Patrick's amazing customer service. When you see a person cares to keep a customer, it definitely makes me recommend a place to friends and choose it out of many others whenever I'm in the area. 🤗

The customer service was 11/10. Kudos to the waitstaff and the team working on Sunday morning, in particular Patrick who convinced us to dine there for brunch for a friend's birthday. Also offered a slice of carrot cake for the Birthday boy (21st)!

Location 10/10 Atmosphere was amazing, good energy and lighting as we sat outside in the sun and soaked in the vibes. Praise the Lord Jesus.
Food 9/10 (I don't usually eat vegetarian as their menu is vegan/vegetarian, otherwise it was delicious - some people may not like the variety and prefer simple bacon and eggs, definitely worth a taste though)

This is my favourite place to eat in Cronulla. The food is all vegan. It's freaking delicious, not at expensive and the staff are lovely. You can feel the love they put into the food and see everyone who eats leaves feeling nourished. My coffees and juices have always been fantastic too. I'm really surprised the previous reviewers had anything bad to say, I would have no hesitation in recommending Heart and Soul to anyone vegetarian or not.

Lovely cafe. Great options for vegan and vegetarians alike as well as those who are gluten free. Had a Masala Chai Tea which was absolutely delicious and comes in a very generous sized pot. The Heart and Soul Burger was yummy as were the sweet potato fries. Would return in a heart beat!!

A great place for lunch. It's where my family and I lunch at when in Cronulla. Food is sooo fresh and tasty. The best salads Burgers and make sure you try their Sunshine Tea. If you have children make sure you video them when you squeeze the lemon into the tea. Their reaction is something you will treasure. The tea tastes great too.

Loved the lunch option to being able to pick and choose from so many vegan choices, have it plated up in front of me and ready to go in seconds. Absolutely lovely food and great variety. Places like these are a gem for vegans.
