I am so grateful for to have had the chance of renting a TENS machine from birth partner. I ended up with an early induction on short notice. All local places did not have any machines left. Luckily birth partner was able to ship it straight away to cairns and it arrived just in time for our labour. It was clean, complete, with batteries and instructions and came with a prepaid return bag. Managed to not use any other pain relief, just the TENS and we had a beautiful birth of our baby girl. Cant thank you enough for the smooth service! Will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.

I purchased a used 'Elle TENS plus' machine. Nicole was great with her communication when I reached out to her regarding when I could expect to receive it.The unit was in great condition and came with batteries, an instruction booklet, storage pouch, brand new electrodes and probe. It works perfectly! I highly recommend Birth Partner.

I hired the Elle 2 tens machine for labor - i was able to use it for most of my labor which helped alot for me to go through all the contractions - def helped with pain relief - i was pretty much just relying on the tens and nothing else. Very prompt arrival (received a month before due date) and i have 8 weeks PP to return - the postage bag is included so i just needed to pop it in the bag, given the crazy newborn sleep deprived phase - this is very convenient. Would use this service again next time!

The Tens machine I hired from the Birth Partner worked absolute wonders during my labour. I was so thankful it arrived just in time for my little ones arrival. Thanks to the Tens machine for providing me with a natural pain relief and the ability to have a positive birth experience. Forever grateful!

Ordered a TENs machine hire ~5 weeks before my due date. Hadn’t heard anything after two weeks and so emailed, called and left a voicemail, fb messaged… no response (even now 4 weeks later). I ordered from another provider and thankfully received a refund as paid via PayPal. Still no word from Birth Partner.

Product not received and no communication. Not sure if this is a legitimate business. For time sensitive products related to birth and post natal, I would not trust this store again.

Seller responded saying there were out of stocks and suggested a replacement item 26/11
Enquired again about postal tracking 10/12 almost one month after the original order was placed. In this day and age, it’s not acceptable to run an online business with such long turn around times.
Raised a dispute with PayPal 12/12 and received a full refund 24/11 due to a lack of seller communication and the order not being fulfilled.

I purchased two pairs of SRC compression socks from this website on 17/9. By 21/9, I still had no response about my parcel so I wrote an email to Nicole. Having received no response, on 22/9 I rang Nicole on her mobile and her landline number; I left a voicemail on her mobile because no one picked up the phone. On 25/9 I rang Nicole again; again no one picked up the phone, so I left another voicemail and emailed her again. On the same day, we raised a dispute with PayPal. Magically, Nicole responded after we raised the issue with PayPal. She said she only has one pair in stock and has been trying to get hold of another pair (as if to explain her failure to communicate) but was unable to. She agreed to send me the pair that she has and refund me the cost of the unsent pair. She told us that she can only issue the refund if the PayPal dispute is closed. I contacted PayPal and was told that I should not close the case until I get my refund because once the case is closed it cannot be reopened and it will void our purchase protection. PayPal said the seller can issue the refund while the case is open. I emailed Nicole with a screenshot of PayPal's advice and told her that I was very disappointed at the way she conducts her business. I informed her that PayPal has escalated it into a claim and I will let PayPal deal with the refund. After 17 days, we had still not received our refund so we contacted PayPal. PayPal said Nicole has provided "proof of delivery" so the case was closed. She has done this knowing she has only provided half of the order and promised to refund the cost of the unsent item. Please avoid this website at all cost. They are very dishonest and not to be trusted.

Placed an order for a rental tens machine and some perineum cold/hot packs. Unfortunately I ended up delivering early. I contacted birth partner several times to see if I could get my rental early and have received absolutely no response. I have since given birth and no longer need the machine or the packs, again have emailed extensively and no response. Super disappointed that I have to chase this, while I'm recovering from giving birth at 30 weeks.

I have hired a TENS machine through Birth Partner for child birth. This is meant to arrive 4 weeks prior to baby’s due date and I’m 2 weeks out and it has still not arrived. The seller is obviously not responsible for COVID related Australia Post delays but this issue could have been mitigated by posting the unit earlier as the delays have been widespread and well publicised.

My main feedback is lack of customer care. I have emailed with my concerns 3 times over the course of 1.5 weeks and left 2 voice messages and have had zero communication. My only other option now is to run around and try to source a local unit that I can pick up. Not the stress one needs pre child birth. Do not recommend.

Do not use. I ordered and paid for my TENS in July and was due in October. The TENS was posted 2 days before my due date so there was no way it was ever going to reach me by the promised 'one month before your due date' timeframe. It was not sent Express and tracking is not provided to customers. I have emailed and sent SMS multiple times, no response. It's unnecessary stress, time and frustration in what is already an anxious time. This business has absolutely no concern for their customers and is breaching consumer law. Appalling service. Plenty of other providers who are responsive and compassionate and use reliable courier services. Very very disappointing experience, go elsewhere, this company won't last.

Took 4 weeks to arrive and arrived well after birth. Waste of money. Covid delays are no excuse imho. My dog food takes a maximum of 1 week from Sydney to Melbourne (free delivery), whereas I paid 25 for faster delivery here and it took 4 weeks. It's all about the providers you partner with. Very disappointing for a such a sensitive and highly emotional industry. Do not recommend!

Do not purchase from this store. I ordered a tens machine in august for my birth and it’s now December and I haven’t received it. I have contacted Nicole via email & called multiple times with no response. I am absolutely appalled by this customer service. Do not purchase from this store.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and care. I purchased a bassinet from Birth Partners, which was faulty. The faulty product was not the issue and can be excused but my requests for help in repairing, replacing or resolving the issue were ignored and went unanswered. I emailed and left several voicemail messages. Will not purchase from this retailer again.

I wish I could choose zero star. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. She shouldn't be running a business. I didn't get my Ten's machine on time and didn't get refund either.(She sent it after I asked for refund....)
