Next Door Cronulla

I went with my daughter and sister. We were absolutely delighted with the flavours and agreed it was the best breakfast/brunch we had had in a long time! It was beautifully presented, generous portions and very reasonably priced too! The staff were so friendly and attentive. It was super busy and the wait time was a little longer than average, but understandably - they were pumping! We went on a beautiful sunny day and were sat outside facing the beach. It was a gorgeous view. Overall a perfect stay!

An absolutely beautiful spot for breakfast / brunch. Next Door boats sea views (if you sit outside) or an interior bustling with activity, and is incredibly popular for good reason.

They don't take daytime bookings, so expect to wait around 20 minutes for a table at peak times, and bear in mind that you'll likely be waiting in direct sunlight.

Once in, the food is fantastic. Fairly standard Australian brunch food, but done to a very high standard and at prices consistent with the local area. My wife said it was the best bacon and egg roll she'd had in some time. I will say that the hash brown was a little tasteless, but everything else was great.

Coffee is fantastic. Excellent flavour without too strong an initial hit, and some attempt at latte art to boot. The iced coffee was also great and amongst the best I've had in Australia.

They've tried hard with their decor and "extras" (branded coasters, takeout cups, takeaway bags, etc.) and it really shows. You'd expect this to be an overpriced and underachieving tourist spot, but it is exactly the opposite.

Highchairs were available and the staff were very good with our little one (and knew to put coffees well away from wandering bands!).

We will definitely be back!

One of the nicest brunches I've had in Sydney. The staff are super friendly, and the food and coffee here were delicious. If you're in Cronulla, you have to give this place a try.

Very lovely staff who was very accommodating and did everything to keep us warm on a rainy and cold winter day as we were sitting outside with the dog. The food is delicious - very flavourful and put together beautifully. We ended up staying for a while and ordered tea & pastries too which were delicious and homemade. The view is amazing and despite the rain we enjoyed sitting outside. It’s more on the pricey side compared to other brunch places but that’s because of the great location I guess. Overall we were very happy 😊

Kaila and the team at Next Door are sublime! We hired out the venue for a work function and it was the best event we've had. Kaila printed out name cards for everyones seat as well as a menu so everyone knew what to expect and it was beautifully decorated. The ambiance was relaxing and inviting as were all the staff.
The food was impeccable which for an alternate service event is difficult to do.
The drinks were flowing and the staff made sure everyone was extremely well looked after. We have a lot of new converts to how great an apple martini is after this event!
10/10! Can't recommend highly enough. Well done team and thank you again! :)

👀 One of the best in Cronulla, perfect for what we went for drinks, cheese plates and light dinner. It’s described as blurring the lines between café, restaurant and bar and that is absolutely true! Overlooking North Cronulla beach, it’s a beachside dining experience that offers something new and different.

💥 Their vibe and design is very coastal with a hint of luxury finishings. Eggshell blue seats with a plant wall and overhanging gold and navy for more plants and barware.

💁🏼‍♀ Service was really good, they even realised it was raining and brought us to an inside table, before we had to ask.

🍸I chose to drink the PAVS. butter vodka. white creme de cacao. mango. passionfruit. vanilla $21 - pretty expensive for cocktails but probably average for Cronulla.

🍴 CHEESE PLATE. jersey milk brie. maffra cheddar. quince. pear. lavosh $19 - such a nice cheese plate, perfect to start with our drinks.

MARINATED OLIVES. lemon. chilli $9

SYDNEY ROCK OYSTER. yuzu soy dressing. sesame. shallot $5.50 per oyster

TRUFFLE & PARMESAN ARANCINI. truffle aioli (4pc) $14

RICOTTA STUFFED ZUCCHINI FLOWERS. aioli (3pc) $15 - my fav!!

XO PIPPIES. coriander. chilli. Thai basil. Served with bread. - a little bit dry, would’ve loved more sauce so we can soak up with the bread.

Love their menu, all the small plates especially.

This bar/Restaurant was situated in front of the beach. It had a beautiful beach views. I loved it ❤

The food was delicious 😊 I ordered the Jalapeño fritters which was so fluffy and so soft like bread, so light and flavoursome.

I also ordered my strong soy latte. I also enjoyed the coffee, it was strong bitter and creamy, one of the best in the shire ☕

My friend ordered the Blue berry waffles and her cappuccino, and she also loved her own selection and was so grateful that I took her there for brunch.

Great food, nice presentation, perfect location right in front of the beach. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was during school holidays it was packed, however, the wait was not too long.

Back again, meeting friends at 7:30 we nabbed a table inside on a cold morning. The coffees were just what we needed and the Food and Service Great.

Breakfast Time and for something other than our usual favourite Ham. This place is perched on the end of the Kingsway and even on a cold wet Sunday morning it was busy. We only had to wait 5 mins for a table. Friendly smiling service staff and fantastic food.

I totally enjoyed EGGS ON EGGS. sonoma soy linseed. poached eggs. taramasalata. avocado. smashed peas. salmon roe. chive oil 😍

Graham enjoyed JALAPENO CORN FRITTERS. poached eggs. avocado lime salsa. beetroot labneh. pita. chilli tomato jam

Brilliant spot down near the water with a lovely view and beautiful food. Very impressed with the menu and the quality of the food was great. Nice drink options too. Looking forward to going back. The arancini balls are superb.

This is the restaurant that was my favourite, What a wonderful view and yuummmmmmmmmm food and so friendly service there one girl was serving us and she was the most amazing friendly girl I have ever met.

Lovely Cafe, the food was scrumptious as well as reasonably priced. Staff were accommodating for us with our prams and highchair. Great experience all round. Will be back for the waffles!

Loads of sun , sand and beach views . We had the eggs your way & the falafel with eggs, both excellent value and good sized portions !!

Fantastic food!! Ordered the pancakes and full breakfast and they were both packed with flavour. On the pricy side, however well worth it for the view and food. Definitely recommend. Will be back again.

Recently moved to Cronulla. This is the best bacon and eggs so far. Coffee is also very good.
