Caringbah Family Practice

I have attended Caringbah Family practice for over 20 years and find the staff and doctors to be totally professional, caring and respectful.
I have utmost faith in not only my regular doctor ( Dr Susan Culhane), but also any other doctor I have been seen by over the years.
Over the years, some staff and doctors have changed but the friendly professional demeanor has stayed the same.
The practice offers a pathology service and has an attending nurse. Which is so convenient. I would recommend the doctors at Caringbah family practice.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Caringbah Family Practice. I had stitches removed from four sites yesterday by the young nurse on duty. She was warm, friendly and professional. The other nurse too was caring and made sure I had been given my test results. Skin checks are so important and I’m happy to recommend Dr. Rula Ali who did an amazing job looking after me. Whilst my skin story will be ongoing, I feel that I am in very good hands.

I've been attending CFP for nearly my entire life (more than 20 years), Dr Gleeson has been my GP since I was little and she's always been fantastic. Even now I've moved out of home and away from Caringbah I still travel the 15-20 mins down to CFP because it's worth the drive.

My extended family have been going to this practice for years. They are excellent. They are caring, up to date and highly ethical. I trust this practice completely. It’s busy, and I completely understand why this is the car. Highly recommended.

The staff and doctors, particularly Dr Parkes, go above and beyond at Caringbah Family Practice. Booking in is easy either online or by phone, and reception staff are great at managing your appointments. Pathology for tests and nurses on site make it such an easy process to have everything done in one place. The rooms are modern, clean and you are always well looked after! Thanks team.

From the first moment of dealing with the staff at CFP, it was a breath of fresh air, in that everyone was very kind, helpful and caring in trying to assit me. The receptionists were patient and helpful in assisting me with my situation. The nurses made me feel comfortable prior to any injections being administered. Finally the doctors are all caring and easy to get along with. Special mention to Dr Parkes, who took interest in not only my health but my personal life in asking and customising a unique treatment/approach to deal with my situation. Thus, I have no hesitations in recommending CFP to anyone.

This Family Practice is one of the friendly and most helpful medical practices I have attended. It is clean organized and all the staff from the reception team to the medical staff are all genuinely caring and take the time to listen to your needs. They have a good appointment booking system and lots of great doctors to get an appointment with. Highly recommend this family pract ice in Caringbah especially Dr Ivan Lui very caring as is Andrea on reception.

The new office staff have made a phone call to the doctor a massive improvement! Effie and Rosie (just to name two) are ready to assist every time with professionalism and kindness! I no longer feel I am ‘imposing’ on their time or making a difficult request!
I would also like to say how wonderful the nursing staff is. Their ability to make the patient feel relaxed is above and beyond. Thank you also to Dr Gleeson and Dr Ali for the outstanding care you have provided.

Well what can I say.
I have been coming here for at least 20 years.
The service continues to improve.
The doctors are of high standard and Dr Mitchell is such a gentle and caring soul.
Dr Mitchell is very thorough.
The girls at the desk greet you with a lovely warm smile.
Nothing is too much trouble for them .
Their professionalism is of very high standards.
Whether it be a phone call or face to face the girls never change with their genuine warmth and caring goes way and beyond.
However I am am an excellent patient not really lol I am lovely pest.

I don't normally write reviews, but everyone I've dealt with at CFP is consistently so compassionate and caring and I felt I needed to share the love.

After a few word of mouth recommendations, I began taking my mother to see Dr Susan Culhane. She's so amazing that I now see her, as does my sister (who lives in remote NSW). Her family are also patients of the practice and in fact, all the doctors we've come across at CFP have been great.

On top of that, one of the fabulous receptionists, Maureen, absolutely went above and beyond to help me out with a sick niece who was alone in an isolated area a week before Christmas. Amazing!!! Many thanks to all who make CFP such a special place.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I see two drs Ivan lui who is the nicest dr I’ve ever met can’t praise him enough and Susan Cuban’s who I’ve been seeing for over 25 years. Recommend this practice to anyone as all the drs and nurses and receptionists are awesome…

Our doctor at CFP has been great for our young family. The team at reception are always so helpful and try to accommodate us especially when its for something unexpected.

I just love going to Caringbah Family Practice. They are so professional and always willing to help. There are 10 fantastic doctors and the reception staff are exceptional. Effie always does a superb job organising the front desk and is such a great person . Andrea always has a fantastic approach. The office manager Clarissa is outstanding keeping everyone organised and happy. Things run really well . Try the practice you will really love it and enjoy being looked after by such a great group of professionals.
My health has improved because of the wonderful care I receive.
