Tony from the Engadine store was so helpful - when they didn’t have the piece I needed for my car, he came up with an alternative, which included cutting down the screws and spent 30 minutes working with it to affix my licence plate back on. Amazing customer service!

The staff were super helpful and even fitted my wiper blades free, worth the drive from Cronulla. Best in the Shire!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I went in looking for a new globe for my headlight. The gentleman that served me happily fitted the globe for me and also took the time to show me how to fit it for myself next time, saving me time, effort and money. Could not recommend them more highly, best shop for people who don't know much about cars like myself

Great service, the boy's really know their stuff. Have been to some of the "big" automotive companies and no one cares to help you or to give advice. Have now reminded myself of Pep's and always go there 1st time everytime.
Everyone needs to remember to shop small and local or we will loose the businesses.

Went into peps in Engadine looking for parts for me old ke55 Corolla. Was pleasantly surprised with the parts they had on the shelf! Not to mention he took the time out of his day to investigate a part that could work for my calipers. Turns out an old commodores share the same slider pin dust boots as a ke55 Corolla! Peps always tends to have the uncommon auto parts that other big brand outlets don't seem to have (which saves alot of time and searching around) along with other general service items, and they are very reasonably priced. Peps Engadine is always a great place to shop for automotive parts and spares and they always have what you'll need; and very friendly & knowledgeable staff on top of all of that.
Even if they don't have what you want in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you and will usually arrive in store the next day or two.

Excellent. They had what I needed including 2 items which were pretty rare. Also the guys behind the counter were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Prices were competitive too. Worth the 20 Min drive.

I always get what I need here first time. The staff here are very knowledgeable, the prices are very fair and the store is open seven days a week.
I was here today and all was Covid Safe compliant.

Great place to shop local.
Might not be the best price compared to the big shops but they do what they can.
Employees have always been really great and helpful here over the decades I've used.

These guys are the best. I dont mind paying a little bit more on some items as the service is great. They will help you find anything you need, look up all the details so you walk away with what you are looking for. I highly reccomend over your normal chain stores as they really do take their customers seriously. Great service.
