Australia Post - Engadine Post Shop

Muhammad was such a huge help today with a smile on his face. I see so many bad reviews on here regarding this post shop. But each time my self and family members have used this post office. We have always walked away satisfied and happy with the professionalism service that was provided. i think most people have used the wrong post office. But thank you again Muhammad for your amazing service! You are one of the good people in this world. And never let anyone tell you any different.

I originally thought the lodgement of a passport renewal would have been an arduous task however staff member Brad explained the whole process carried out required paperwork he was externally efficient thank you very much.

Easy. Helpful staff.

We made some purchases here. The service was polite.

If you’re polite, the staff are helpful. Came just before 5pm closing time and they kindly dealt with my matter until after closing time until it was resolved.

Most staff there are ok. There is one staff member who is quite rude, picks at everything and snaps when asked a question. I even heard him comment on the appearance of a baby.

The post office staff are some of the most unfriendly people acting like getting a parcel from the back or scanning a return label if the most inconvenient task when it is their job. Only gave 2 stars for the man who appears of Indian background he is nice, the elder two that always work are so rude I get a bit of a laugh going there because of it. Crack a smile guys!

I disagree that not all the staff are rude and unfriendly, but there have been times when I have kept my mouth shut with two of the staff, who are rude and dismissive most of the time. Itry to get served by one particular man who is always bright and cheerful.

I had notification that my passport will be delivered today and a signature is required.
Both my husband and I were home having lunch, when I received an email that my letter will be taken to the post office as there was no one in attendance. The postman did not ring the doorbell or knock.
Just left a card in the letterbox. Now one of us has to go there.
Sick to death of Australia post and their lazy ways.

Says on website they could change over coins but I apparently had too much coins.
Staff don't want to work I spent more time assorting the coins then they could be bothered to weigh it

Once again the Auspost courier doesn't knock and you have to go to the PO to pick up a parcel..DHL and Couriers Please seem to be able to do it..
