I ordered new pair of Hoka speedgoats online and the team at Runulla had sent the order to Aus Post within two hours of ordering, shoes arrived at home the next day. Thanks for the efficient service.

Amazing customer service. The store didn't have the size of shoe that I urgently needed but the girl who answered the phone gave me great advice on where I could get them in a hurry and even what size I needed. It is so nice to get such great service, even when I didn't buy anything from them. I will certainly be recommending Runnulla to others and purchasing from them when I next need shoes .

I have since purchased all my athletic shoes from them because of their knowledge, competitively priced goods, outstanding customer service and their ongoing support of emergency services and the local community.

Outstanding retail experience. After recovering from a severe foot injury, I learnt a lot about shoes from my visit to Runnulla. Also, my wife suffers from plantar fasciitis. They friendly staff know their stuff! The range in the shop is incredible. Also, great value. Since our purchases, my injured foot has never felt better and my wife can't believe how much her foot has settled down.
