I recently put in an application with Gibson Partners Cronulla through Chris Malliate. Chris went above and beyond and was extremely accomodating for my circumstances. Unfortunately due to my own circumstances I ended up with another agency but I can say that I was calling agents across Sydney and Chris was the nicest and most helpful agent I spoke to in the whole process. Would definitely recommend Chris and his agency.

Gibsons have just taken over as managing agents the home I rent. I had a plumbing emergency and the property manager and his team were great and responded very quickly! Everyone there is courteous and accommodating.

We rang them with the issue that our ceiling was leaking and they sent someone to quote the next day and repaired quickly the day after. Thank you very much for the prompt service as we did appreciate this.

Great Experience! From the moment I met Chris, I knew he was the agent I wanted to sell my mother's unit. Apart from, or as well as, being a vibrant and interesting personality, Chris has excellent market knowledge and experience. Excellent professional performance
I first met Chris at an open for inspection of a house last month. He was nice and patient and when he saw I walked to the house myself, offered me another inspection the next day with my family. I decided to buy that house on the second inspection and negotiated the purchase over the following days. Chris’s charming personality and being genuine and reliable is impressive. So I asked him to handle the sale of my current home.

Chris impressed me again with his dedication and efficiency while looking after the sale of my property. Working among the buyers actively he tried his best to secure a good deal for me.
