Trent and the Activ8 team are second to none, and take a holistic view of movement and health based on your scenario. There's regulars ranging from their 20's to 90s, so it's welcoming to all. Highly recommended.

The staff are always friendly and their knowledge unsurpassed. The equipment is well maintained. I joined Activ8 Health Club 18 months ago with my plan to lose a bit of weight and generally improve my strength. I have never been a gym junky but Trent made me feel comfortable.
