We always thought that when Ursula selected your agency to sell her home of 40 years that she was going to be in very professional hands. Make me an offer if you don’t want to go through NCAT! Rental property agent from Hurstville branch emails me making all sorts of laughable claims to only not show up for the hearing. Onto your scam and I’m not the only one. I guess some people just aren’t satisfied with someone taking care of their property and paying rent on time. Based on my experience this agency did not act in the best interests of the seller, their ethics were very poor and they were not responsive to requests for information.
