Exceptional customer service. I bought a property from Matt Callaghan property and gave it to their Property Manager Matt Layton to rent out for me.
Matt had found a tenant in less than 24 hours and it was one of their existing tenants who had excellent references.
I was very impressd.
From the start Matt Leyton was very welcoming and professional he has an excellent understanding of the market and has always kept me updated and contacts me straight away if there is a problem with the unit and gets repairs attended to asap.
I'm very impressed with him and the whole office work as a very friendly team.

The Process was so great I tested the team with property management, despite the fact I had other investment properties managed by other agents. Didn't take long to work out best option was to move all properties to Matt Layton who is a superb property manager - I always know my properties are taken care of as they should be, and both tenants and myself are happy.

Best Property Manager Ever
We moved into our apartment over a year ago and chose to re-sign our lease recently because we have never had such a wonderful property manager!
Matt Layton responds to any enquiry same day, and his inspections are always on time and accompanied with great conversation and a smile.
