My property manager Sue keeps me up to date, and as I don’t live in the area, I feel comfortable and have piece of mind that they are looking after my property as I would myself.

Cripps and Cripps provide and excellent service in managing units in Caringbah. They maintain close supervision of the units and meet regularly with the tenants to resolve any maintenance and problems, They provide an annual statement of expenses and rental, which is most useful for my financial statements.
