I am looking for something in particular, residence that can fit two families in but still have separation for the grandparents when needed. We need a five bedrooms, two living areas, fenced in yard for children to play, but also easy access to schools and work, and room for the dogs. We haven't found exactly what we need but Sebastian and his staff are constantly updating me on what is on offer, which is great. We feel fully supported in our search and when Hill and Viteri find it, we know it will be perfect, they have not only listened to our requirements, they have heard what we want and need. We cannot thank them enough, they keep in touch, they do not hound us, we would not go to other company, we know the residence we are looking for, is really just around the corner.

The amount of effort and time he put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. He made a very daunting process of selling my first apartment a walk in a park!

I have had my property in Engadine managed by Hill and Viteri for a few years now, as well as using them for selling a property. As both a landlord and seller, I have been very impressed with the team. They are very professional and personable.

I felt that they were always in control of things and determined to get me a great result. Marc was particularly great during the negotiation process.

I have recently used Reliant Realty for both selling and buying property. Last last year I had to sell my late mothers property. This was obviously an emotional and sensitive time, and even with some road blocks and obstacles (none of which were the fault Reliant, although they took it upon themselves to help remedy these issues anyway), they handled the sale with the utmost professionalism and dignity.
