An excellently presented store staffed by very friendly and knowledgeable people. Only too willing to help and offer good advice. Script wait times are awesome and the App allows you to drop off your scripts and have reminders and orders placed with a simple click. Then a msg is sent out when your script is ready. Great selection of giftware/homewares and private rooms for vaccines etc.

3rd experience I've had stuck waiting 40 minutes for the Doctor to spend 2 minutes with me, answers phone call in the midst of conversation and completely forgets about the script he mentioned for antibiotics. Once off the phone signs my certificate without taking a look what condition I'm actually in and sends me on my way. Next time I think I'll deal with professionals at the medical center. If I'm to wait that long to pay $30 for a piece of paper I may as well recive a proper service

Pharmacist excessively cautious and unhelpful , in the end we went to Nuriootpa Barossa pharmacy where the pharmacist decided we probably weren’t drug addicted and gave us some Rikodeine !!
Also the prices were awful

TODAY I BEEN TO TERRY WHITE CHEMIST IN KAPUNDA. FOR MY TABLET FOR HAI BOOD PRESSER. MY MEDISINE IS NOT AVAILABLE. MORE THEN THAT THE CHEMIST START ACCUSED ME. WAY I WAIT FOR THE LAST TABLET. WE HAVE A ARGUMENT MORE THAN THAT HIM SERVE THE PERSON WHAT WAS 3 IN THE LINE BEFORE ME. IS NOT THE FIST TIME WITH THIS CHEMIST. MORE THAN THAT HIM START TO INVESTIGATE ME WERE A IM FROM. 1 STAR IS TO MUCH FOR THIS CHEMIST. I WILL NO RECOMEND THIS CHEMIST TO NO BODY. I WILL NO GO BACK TO THEM. THANKS.
