Bike Time

There is a reason why I travel 45mins to get all my push bike requirements from Ryan at Bike Time. He knows his stuff, excellent customer service and support plus his prices are great. Cannot recommend enough!

Absolutely amazing. Had a missing part for a brake set in stock, serviced my bike perfectly before (and fixed gearing other bike shops couldnt do) and best customer service of any bike shop in perth, with very reasonable pricing. Will keep using this shop until its gone. Thank you so much bike time.

In 30 years of cycling, this is the first actual really great bike service I have had. Bike Time were well priced, quick, communicated well, friendly and fixed my old mountain bike to as good as new including actually stopping the ghosting in gear shift which no other place has actually ever achieved and that has held up after a few rides.

Just bought a bike from this business and all I can say this guy is very knowledgeable and is passionate about his bikes. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a bike, service your existing bike or need advice. I will use this business from now on.

On the lookout for an ebike Ryan was the first resonant I spoke with. He was friendly, efficient and gave me a quote. I was less than impressed with the two other shops I visited so went back to Bike Time to buy the bike I wanted. I can’t speak highly enough of Ryan’s friendly service

Have been a customer here for 16 years. Never had a bad experience or a bad buy. Always helpful and friendly. Warren makes the best recommendations for the individual and has kitted out me and my family with all our bikes and accessories. Really happy with my new Apollo even if she suffered a puncture on her maiden voyage (clearly neither the bikes fault or the stores). Thanks again guys love your work.

After calling several bike shops to get my mountain bike serviced only to be told their workshops are closed to assemble bikes for Xmas. One could've done it but not for 2 weeks. So i called Bike Time and he said not a problem bring it in tomorrow and it will be ready the same day. Took it in and it was ready in an 1.5 hours! And it rode like new! And they cleaned it. Excellent service and expertise. Don't bother with any other bike shops. Will definitely be using Bike Time in the future.

I needed a new bike and I was attracted to Evan’s Bike Time from the rave reviews. So I started my recon by having my kids’ bikes serviced. Evan sorted new tyres and adjusted their brakes within 24 hours for a very reasonable price and I was stoked. I was in the hunt for a basic mountain bike for myself and there was no up-sell from Evan whatsoever. He happily let me test ride a couple of bikes and he offered me better than average prices compared to the competition (I had visited three other stores). I had a million questions and he was a fount of knowledge. I visited his store over several visits in making up my mind, and on Evan’s day off, I had the pleasure of meeting his offsider, Rick. He was an absolute gentlemen and it was clear that these two men were cut from the same cloth; straight talking, honest, decent blokes. Dealing with Evan (and Rick) was an absolute pleasure, and I’m a customer for life.
