Freedom - Joondalup

Was helped by Gloria to find a sofa suite for our new home. Unfortunately the options at Freedom didn't work with the size of our space but Flora was very helpful and helped us get quotes for the items we liked. Will definitely be back to get other things for our home!

Cecilia, the real MVP of this home makeover, guided me through the labyrinth of choices with a smile that could light up a room. She has this uncanny ability to turn indecisive shoppers (like me) into design aficionados. 🎨💖 Her suggestions were spot-on, and she made the entire process a breeze for someone with zero design credentials.

The furniture quality? Top-notch! The side tables and TV unit radiate elegance, and the coffee table is now the centerpiece of my living room. Each piece not only oozes style but also durability – a winning combo in my book.

Where do I even start??? I entered the store, frazzled, undecided, stressed… then I was approached my Mal. Mal had all the time in the world for me, answered every question I had, calmed me and we even had a good laugh together. Mal was knowledgeable about all the products, friendly and professional! I can’t wait to head back in next week to secure some decorative pieces for our new home. Every shop needs someone like Mal! Thank you again.

Visited the Joondalup store a few weeks ago and was assisted by Amanda. I was undecided about a picture and whilst some sales people try to get you to buy the most expensive, Amanda just chatted and asked what my other decor was like. She was not pushy and I ended up buying a beautiful picture, cushions and a rug, which I hadn’t gone in for. But I am delighted with my purchases and because of the customer service from Amanda will return to this store. It’s not often these days that you get exceptional customer service. Good on you Freedom for your choice of staff.

I recently went to browse decor items for my new house, I received great service from your lovely staff member, Amanda. Amanda was more than helpful! She has a great eye for detail and was able to show me quite a few different options that would be great features in my new home. I was more than happy with the service I received from Amanda, will definately return when I am next in need of some homewear items.

This is mostly based on customer service! We were given a voucher because of some couches we bought went in having no idea what to get. We were bouncing around for ages. I felt like we were being so indecisive, but everyone was so patient and so helpful. They gave us the space and the time to think while also showing us anything everything we wanted to see

Amazing service from Amanda, would recommend seeing her for anything you need. Great knowledge of the products and lovely person. Helped me pick out a lovely rug for my living room, really listened and cared about what I wanted Would shop here again! :)

Went to freedom Joondalup to pick up a click and collect item.
I was served by Mal- super friendly and amazing.
I had forgotten my ID, and had given birth the following Monday.
Which meant I was unable to pick up my ID.

Mal contacted me and shipped my ID to my address.

Only thing I would say is that I wasn’t told when they were being delivered, so I was surprised when they turned up the next day. But I was home all week so no big deal

Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture I was buying. She had some fantastic suggestions and it all looks so great in my house! I will definitely be back.

Friendliest staff available here and willing to spend time to understand your needs

Everytime we come to Freedom Joondalup we are treated as though we are the most important customes on Earth - the manager and staff are super polite and always takes time to talk to us and give us details on the piece we are purchasing and is open and honest about it's origin - thankyou - it's been nearly 10 years since we started shopping here and i'm sure it will be way longer into the future that we keep shopping here!!

Love this store! So many beautiful items and the staff is always super friendly. Especially Alice, who is just a delight and so warm and inviting. She makes my little girl feel so special by giving her stickers and my little girl is a huge fan! Thank you so much :)

Very happy with our new outdoor lounge. Was looked after from the start to the end. And more then likely will be back to purchase more. The kids also loved the Boxs building a cubby house 🤣Thank you

I have used this store for many years, yes its a bit more expensive than some but I believe you get what you pay for. My experience with the staff has been nothing but positive, especially Amanda in the home wears section, although she has helped me spend money in other parts of the store, always helpful and not pushy. I would always go to to this Freedom Furniture store first, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful service provided by Shardae. I went in over 2 days and because of the brilliant service first time I asked for Shardae. It was nice to meet a young person who knew about the products and was confident in her conversations. She is a credit to Freedom Joondalup. Loved also the layout of the store and the homewares section. Beautiful items and I will definitely be returning.

Haven't visited Freedom for a few years. I was happy to find the usual range of modern qualiy furniture, lamps and soft furnishings as well as candles, natural products and bathroom accessories. As always It was a pleasure to visit Freedom and staff were as friendly as I remember.

Bought outdoor furniture from Amanda, easy, polite and extremely helpful with every question answered immediately. Overall great experience
