Eliska the owner is incredibly passionate and kind, Lena, a lovely therapist has magic hands, the receptionists go above and beyond… I could keep going. You can’t fault the place even if you tried. Can’t believe Cronulla is the lucky home to B&B!

This place is heaven. Eliska and her team are the most amazing therapists, super knowledgeable, caring and experts in their field. My skin has improved so much since coming here! I so look forward to coming here every month xx

I had a facial ( DMK enzyme therapy ) today & I’m speechless. That was the most magical facial I’ve ever experienced, the place is incredible calming and Eliska is FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend to come and visit them x will be back shortly.

Had a lovely 1 hour hydration facial. The bed was warm, hot towels were used to remove the products and extractions were thorough. Great way to relax on a cold winters day!

It's been 9 years since I first walked through the doors of Beauty and Balance. A humble little room rented in South Cronulla. I fell in love.

I never write reviews but I had to after my recent experience. I received a beautiful gift from my husband to do the Spa and Dine and I didn't think I'd still be able to get blown away by their services after being a client for so long but the experience was like nothing else. Our appointment was over a week ago and we can't stop talking about it, we still have our heads up in the clouds. It was the most incredible gift to receive!

Over the years I've been a client at other spa's after receiving vouchers for special occasions but they've all fallen short of my experience with Eliska. Her knowledge is one thing but her heart and passion for her clients and their results is at the forefront of her business. I don't think I've ever met such a beautiful, honest and caring person. She makes you feel at home and gives you all of the confidence and care in her treatments. And along side her is the most beautiful team, equally as passionate, caring and knowledgeable.

It has been so great watching Beauty and Balance evolve into what it is today. You're not walking into a company-run spa with all of their policies, procedures and sales tactics. You're walking into a spa of friendly faces with customer satisfaction their only goal. Anyone who comes across this gem in Cronulla is truly blessed.

the best thing a person can do after their amazing skincare treatment is to trust that BB is genuinely a place where you go to get the BEST results. That includes trusting that the products being suggested is a continuation of caring for your skin at home without the BB therapists magic hands! if you trust and listen, guaranteed you would understand why the suggestions made in the first place! Personally, purchasing the products suggested to me and listening to the steps of how i should use the products… COMPLETELY changed the game for me. i am SO happy with the my skin now, especially since i’ve always had issues with it! i love the place and people at BB, they always have my best interest and i’ve been going for almost 4 years!
