My mum engaged Matt for the sale of our family home after having a difficult time with another agent. At first instance, we intended to meet with several agents before making a final call. However, from the moment we met Matt, we knew he was the right person for the sale and we were happy to sign up with him there and then.

Matt has clear knowledge of the area and the market. From the outset, Matt was honest and realistic on a sale timeline and a sale price. He managed our expectations through the whole process and provided honest feedback at the end of each inspection.

In the end, we were able to sell the property immediately after the auction for a fair price that we were happy with, meaning that Mum was able to settle and be in a new home for Christmas.

Whilst he did not have to, Matt also assisted Mum with providing advice to negotiate the purchase of a new property with other agents.

Very Professional
All through the process Corina was extremely professional, Corina’s knowledge of the local market was pivotal in us achieving an excellent result.

I bought the block I live on through Melody Innes a few years back when she was working for herself. Fees, commissions, vendor/buyer interests aside, I feel I need to credit her with encouraging me to stay on the what was at times an insanely difficult path to living in my dream home, and most importantly - dream location. Around 18mths after purchasing the block during one of the more insane periods in the journey when I was ready to change course, and cash in on a rising market, I called Melody about selling up, and she convinced me to stay course. I know that blocks were very scarce at the time or non-existent, so it could have been a quick win-win for all, but looking back now, it's been a far bigger win for me and the family.
