We renovated our house last year and I would like to recommend Life Structures for being a truly professional team and great to work with. Their quality, skill and attention to detail was second to none, but what sets them apart is the friendly and constructive way that they deal with people: us - the owners, our neighbours, their staff and contractors, and others contractors (kitchens, A/C).
We now have a beautiful, high quality home and we love it. Mark and the team made it a much less stressful experience because of the way they treated us, anticipated problems and gave great solutions. We have already recommended Life Structures to our friends and neighbours and recommend them for anyone building or renovating.

It was an absolute pleasure having Life Structures build for us. From the very start, we were met with friendly and professional staff. The whole planning process was on point. Communication was constant and the construction supervisors and staff were excellent to deal with. Their workmanship and build quality was outstanding. We were also kept well informed throughout the entire build. The builder, Mark, was very honest and helpful throughout the entire process and delivered a quality home as per contract.

Mark from Life Structures makes you feel really welcome. He doesn't push you into signing any contract or rush you in any way.

He is efficient, helpful and understanding of people's needs. Mark and his team have finished 128 projects of varying sizes across the past ten years which demonstrates a breadth of knowledge and an ability to build relationships with his clients for everyones benefit.

I cannot say enough good things about the Life Structures team & the absolutely amazing job they did of renovating (practically a rebuild) my terrace house in Surry Hills. Mark Farrugia & his team of skilled builders & tradesmen were at all times professional, trustworthy, punctual & courteous. Mark was amazing at leading my wife & I through the build process & tracking the cost to the agreed budget. If we should embark on a new build project in future, we will definitely be using Life Structures again.

In 2008 I assisted my mother in renovating her house. Life structures were engaged on a costs plus contract for all external building works and internal linings. As project manager I was in contact with Mark on a daily basis. I was relatively inexperienced and required guidance on the best construction methods to achieve the design intent. Mark was fantastic, he listened to what we wanted and provided multiple options, outlining their associated construction time, quality and potential costs.
Mark’s communication was clear, informed and he was always readily available. He was never to proud to seek confirmation if uncertain on any details.
Like any renovation, the project had its challenges, Mark addressed them in a professional manner with a ’nothing is too hard attitude’. My mum loves her house. Thanks Life Structures.

Life Structures are the builders to go to in Sydney. Of 3 we've had good experience with, I enjoyed working with Mark and his boys the most. To begin with they have impeccable manners, are punctual and reliable throughout. Their work in my view is of the highest quality, carried out with great attention to detail, while ensuring the client is always kept in the loop of things. They are on the ball, extremely knowledgable and capable and wonderfully generous with their time; for us their advice has been priceless a number of times during the renovations. The work site was left tidy at the end of each day and the jobs were fairly priced and quoted and invoiced in great detail, which meant peace of mind in dealing with honest builders. We enjoyed having these guys working on our home and on our small business and I'm extremely confident in recommending them. Keep up the awesome job Mark & Co!

I just had our home handed back after only 8-months for our renovation that actually had a 6-week setback/variation as my wall was leaning too much and had to be rebuilt.

On finding this variation Mark & team worked with me & the engineer to find the right solution at an affordable cost.

From then on was plain sailing. Regular site meetings with Mark & team, constant communication with foreman on WhatsApp (group messaging with my wife for visibility!) and regular tracking of costs to contract.

The workmanship has been amazing, the attention to quality unwavering and the number of upgrades/small-variations done at no cost showed to me this was a partnership to renovate/build our home.

Myself & my wife plus kids are delighted with the result, would recommend Mark & Life Structures to anyone and we are already the 2nd build on our street by Mark. More to come no-doubt.

The upfront costing & contracting was straightforward and I believe, compared to the other quotes I got, was great value.

I will not hesitate to call Mark for the next work and would not survey other builders, but just continue the relationship with Mark.

Having read the other comments, I can attest the quality of Mark's standards, Marc's exerptise as Foreman and the quality, effort and just plain great guys the rest of the team are. Always a smile on their faces when we visited site.

Mark did two projects for us: (1) Extensive renovations to our townhouse in 2010, and (2) Major rooftop works for our strata in 2013.
During the course of both projects, we had to make several changes to our plans & the scope of the works. Mark would work with us, going the extra mile to completely understand all our requirements and then tailor his approach accordingly. Whenever we asked for his expert opinion, he always presented us with creative options & innovative suggestions based on his knowledge & experience. Post completion, he always responded promptly to fix any small warranty-related issues. He & his boys are polite, diligent, enthusiastic and trustworthy. I consider myself lucky to have chosen Mark and his team ( which includes permanent staff! ) to build my house in Pagewood ,Sydney in 2015/6.
