Great place to camp out of the way, lots of wildlife and walking tracks. National parks do a wonderful job keeping the area looking its best. Good roads in easily driven with a family sedan. 10/10.

Very beautiful. The wetlands are amazing. Absolutely overflowing with kangaroos and wallabies. There are some great walking tracks, but keep your phone handy in case you need to find your way out. There are no facilities like toilets and drinking water that I could find.

Black Rocks camp ground is really good camping spot, you will need to bring water, the only facilities there are toilets. Jerusalem Creek is great for a swim.

Visited Bluff Beach via Bundjalung park. Stunning place and really set up well at the parking and picnic area. The beach is superb - even in the rain!

Always love walking on the beach at Shark Bay or having coffee at Woody Heads while relaxing and watching the ocean and wildlife.

Best national park in Evans Head, a vast array of ferns and native flora. Didn't see much wildlife in this area of the NP.

Enter via Bundjalung St Evans Head.. trail goes approx couple klms into park with various stops for fishing spots. Unfortunately some spots have been seriously eroded, dropping vertically 2-3 metres into the River bit continue to the end for a lovely quiet spot to enjoy.
Also because of recent flooding the walkway across the River has been destroyed so the walk through the park will have to wait till another day.
Beautiful and serene.

So nice! Wish I knew more about this place I would have gone earlier and take tent. Looks like a great place to camp. And also the old gaol museum looks amazing. Over looking the ocean . Will definitely head back and go early to make the most of that. Lots of kangas about too which are always nice to observe in their natural habitat.

It was a gorgeous campground with many facilities like a picnic table and clothes line, toilets etc. The walk to the beach is fantastic and the river is to die for. The colour of the water is stained by the tannin of the trees and it makes the swim quite a magical one!
