I have always loved going to Brows and Beauty Gateway for its convenience, but I’ll definitely be going for the service after Mamta did my eyebrow threading today! She was so lovely, patient and kind with me and made the often uncomfortable process, a lot easier. She spent some time getting my eyebrows to the perfect shape that I wanted. Really happy with her service. 🩷

I missed my early morning appointment today because of a delayed flight. The staff were very helpful and made another appointment for later in the morning. I am always happy with the results of the brow waxing and tinting services. I highly recommend them.

Whenever I get my lashes done here I come out very happy with the care and attention to detail all technicians give me. Thank you for looking after my lashes and fixing them too when other places have not done the right job, highly recommend!!

First time coming here and received an amazing customer service. I booked online, which was very simple, and told you the prices for each service and packages. Reena was very lovely, thoughtful and experienced. She walked me through the procedure and was constantly checking in to see if I needed a break, or if the temperature of the wax was not too hot. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you for the amazing experience.

I am always happy when I leave, store is relaxing, comfortable chairs. Ladies are always gentle & I have never left with stinging eyes from having any eyelash tints/lifts. Service is always great too.

I always get a great service every time I come, but this time it was different. Usually after I get my legs waxed they just let me go. The lady I got today took her time made sure she got every hair off my legs and then applied a nice crème and spray on my legs once done. She even took her time doing my eyebrows. Her service today was 10/10 😊

could not recommend priya enough! she did such a fantastic job on my brows. they look stunning! im more confident to now to try out new things if shes the one working on me. i will be back.

Ps service yesterday 23/11 unfortunately beautician was eating while doing my lashes I could tell this by the smell of her hands. Also got a lot of stinging with lift nearly left and asked to take it off, then she said 5 Min for colour so I stayed. Should have went with instincts I have now got colour all over my lids. Please note I don't want that lady again.
